Pretty basic nail shop with good service. I wasn't overly impressed with the pedicure options and it's hard to enjoy sometimes when you have someone working on hands and feet at the same time. My nails turned out okay and the atmosphere was comfortable. My pedicure was done too softly but the massage of my legs was okay. Wanted to get my eyebrows done but completely forgot and wasn't reminded. It was kind of hard to understand and speak to the employees. Prices were average but don't know if I would return again.

The owner/manager is very accommodating. He always makes sure that I am a satisfied customer and that’s why I always come back to them for my mani/pedi services.

Poor quality .. TERRIBLE Customer service, I saw the biggest roach. Technician's do not have credentials. Nails looked disgusting.

I don’t recommend them. I would go to the other nail salon down the street. They are much better! I’ve been coming here for a few years. During my recent experience I received the nails pictured below. I normally don’t complain so I went home first before coming back. When I went back (an hour later) to get them fixed I got a basic color. They charged me the cost of a complete new set after I had just paid for a full set an hour before.

I’m not sure of the very beautiful lady who did my toes, but she is SUPER AWESOME , and I wanted to ask if she was spoken for (married) cause if she wasn’t I would love to ask her for some coffee and good conversation… thanks

They are Very bad at treating customers.First of all, the lady didnt do good job with my nails and they said that i can come back next time and when i visited again they said we cant do it as i visited couple days later.The person at the front office is very arrogant and rude. He is checking his phone and doing other things while i am trying to talk to him about this.Very bad work and customer service.Services: Pedicure

The owner is very prejudice he put a scented oil in the water of two black women receiving a pedicure and when other ethnicities came in he did not do the same also I picked out a color the tech could not locate that color she said this color is better for your skin colorServices: Pedicure

Yesterday was my first visit to Blossom and I was impressed. I listened to my girlfriend and gave them a try. My nails look wonderful and my talons on my feet now look like toes with polish. It had been 3 months since my last pedicure so it was a major improvement!! Will definitely go back again.Services: Pedicure

I keep hoping that I have a good experience - sometimes I do - mostly when one of the male techs do the SNS - but I have asked numerous times not to give me a tech who isn’t well versed in SNS. Yesterday was terrible. This tech has not mastered SNS. I have bumps - the tips of my nails are rough and not colored and the polish is not as shiny as usual. Oh - and it took almost 30 minutes before the old polish was removed and there was way too much filing and grinding - that’s one of the reasons I went to SNS, it’s a little safer and healthier than acrylics, not so much filing.Please don’t have novice techs work on clients. We pay for your best service.
