Unfortunately, my experience at this store was disappointing. The customer service was not very helpful, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. Especially doing a return even if it’s out of season products were never used. They should definitely do better with explaining if items are final sale.I expected better communication and support, especially given the situation. I hope improvements are made in the future, because I would love to have a more positive experience next time.

They kept the name, but totally different than the original. More of a Family Dollar/Dollar General type store. Not a lot or products. Hopefully it’ll improve over time.

I'm so glad this store is back and has great deals on allot of unique things you will not find elsewhere. Go visit them and you will be sure to find some good stuff there. I always loved big lots.

Waste of a drive. Mostly clothing now. A few things on the shelves and that’s it…. Definitely not the same anymore.

Almost everything is gone, they do have 20% - 50% off but most of the deals are 20% or 25% off except for furniture 👍

We were here looking for some furniture and turns out they didn’t have much, however the store was great though!
