My fault: I Arrived 2 hours late thinking I was 1 hour early. Punishment Accepted. However, This punishment doesn't fit the crime. FOR A TWO HOUR MISTAKE!The Best they could reschedule was for 6 days later.I was stuck with this load.I lost my Next Load, a week's worth of pay and I had to reschedule A Doctor's Appointment. I'll never Shop Best Buy Ever Again.I'll GO AMAZON! GO AMAZON! GO AMAZON!

Came here to deliver they have some of the most lazy a$$ people n small handful that actually work how you just start working n start unloading half a truck then go on break for 2 darn hours, it’s hard to find good help I see

DO NOT ORDER WITH BEST BUY. We ordered a washer and dryer. AFTER we purchased it, we were told we would have to wait six weeks for it to be delivered. On the day of delivery(a Wednesday), they only bring a dryer. THEIR FAULT. So we have to wait till Saturday for the washer. Except on Saturday morning we get an email that the order has been cancelled and a refund has been issued. We call customer service the same morning and have to talk on the phone with them for nearly two hours before we get someone who can help, and then they say we can’t get the washer until Monday AND that if they bring it “as soon as Monday” they unfortunately won’t be able to install it for us anymore. We should’ve been bumped to the front of the line because every mistake was on THEIR end!!!!!

Arrived on 1-5-2024 at 4:45 a.m. for a 5:00 a.m. appointment. The security guard was courteous and professional. You hand your paperwork and ID to the guard at the guard shack and they instruct you to cut seal. Then you proceeded to door 428 to put paperwork in the basket, then back up to the door you are assigned. It's a green/red/green light system. They will also tap on your trailer a few times to let you know you are finished. I was on the dock a 5 and out by 6:00 a.m. I'm not sure why they have so many negative reviews, but my experience was streamlined and professional. I will say that the box trucks that come in and out fly through the lot and need to slow down.

My delivery appointment was 11/14/23 at 5:00am. Check in 4:30am, got dock door #922 at 4:45am. And delivery done by 9:50am . Not only me. Another driver (same time checked in with me) on dock door # 934 , was still on dock door for unloading. Never back again best buy warehouse. Too Lazzzyyyy employees .

If 0 stars was an option I would give it that at best. This place will be getting a law suit. They are rude, RACIST, and unprofessional. They did not accept my load due to "not having a tag" when I have the tag on the trailer and have pictures for proof... Then they changed the story to not having a trailer number. The trailer number is stated on the registration, they would not "accept" it. They broke my trailer seal, and put a new one on written in PEN!!! Not even typed professionally!!! As I was waiting for dispatch to give me instructions on what the next steps are to fix the issue, they called the police to have me escorted out of the parameters. We will be contacting a lawyer. The employees need serious re evaluation. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! As the supervisor to this warehouse I would be absolutely ashamed to be a part of a company like this with employees who act this way. For all of the people disappointed and angry with this place.... matters will be addressed and taken into action after what I experienced. Believe that.

If your a truck driver go the other way. These are some SLOW MFS!! Ill never accept a load that gotta come to this place. And not to mention i had a app time and im seeing trucks pull in and get unloaded and leaving and im still untouched

Undoubtedly a difficult install, Courtney and Marcus were able to pull it off flawlessly! They were nice, super helpful, and handled everything professionally. We appreciate them so much and we looove our new fridge!!

Drivers have to stand outside the guard shack with not protection from the weather just to check in.Once you are assigned a door you ha e to back in and walk to door 328 and leave your paperwork. When they get you unloaded they will knock on your trailer and the paperwork will be inside the trailer. This place has no lighting around it and box trucks running about 40 to 60 miles per hour through the dock area.very unsafe place to deliver too.

Arrived 5 am for a 6 am appt . Guards was nice, got a door , took the paper work inside left it in the box , 1 hr later heard the tap on the trailer and I’m gone! 1 lane in 1 lane out - Do not pull up so far that trucks can not get out . There is a small sign to the right that tells you to stop and wait for gaurd. There is a few overnight spots at the bottom of the hill and you can park on the road leading into best buy. Hope this helps

Why oh why didn’t I read the reviews! The number of one star reviews is astonishing. Rude customer service, lonnnnnnng wait, “workers” are standing around while there is a pick up line out the door. They have hilarious motivational signs on the wall in front of the people that are literally doing nothing. Warehouse pick up is NOT what you need. Go to a real store or just have it delivered. A hundred one star reviewers can’t be wrong. And? If you need help loading the answer is NO (which is completely different from a real store).

Had a 5:30am appointment........they were banging on the side of my truck at 4am........was told they were not doing appointments and it was FCFS..........got to the front of the line, where GardaWorld security called the police........Very disorganized
