Absolutely amazing the effect a bank manager can have on an bank branch. Latoya Brown opened most of my accounts and all her staff treated my family as though we were important. Now Latoya is gone, the tellers are afraid to make decisions or make approvals without asking permission. Today the current manager, Tiffany Savage, refused to open an account as she needed specific documents. The documents she requested do not exist in the legal and banking world and therefore are not necessary. My favorite quote from her was, as she pointed to my documents, “You’re just a roofer, I’ve been bank mgr for 20 years.” If you have been in banking for 20 years you would know a dba does not have Articles of Incorporation it a business of, owned by another corporation. Telling me to google up an article of incorporation document and write them myself makes no sense.
We simple went to another bank and open account as we anticipated.
Bring back Latoya otherwise we will look for another bank.

Zero customer service on the phone and waited at this location for over an hour to do something that should have taken 8 min to do. Their branch manager could care less.

Latoya Brown opened my checking and savings acct which she provided me with great customer service and she even educated me upon Bank OZK promotions and their chargers! Very exceptional at her position and I appreciate that! Thank you BANK OZK!

I'm sad to say this, because their branch at Elizabeth Station takes wonderful care of their people. Sadly, I can't say the same for the Bueford branch. The lobby is still not open to customers, causing people to drive or walk through the drive thru. Customer service is subpar at best. Seriously considering switching banks.
