Worst service and location to deal. Always short of staff and still making excuse of Covid. Always have to wait atleast 30 to 40 minutes to deposit or taking out money. My wish to have option to give -10 rating.

I opted for this branch due to its convenience and efficient time management. However, prior to my visit, I noticed that the Google reviews for this location were relatively low, which left me curious. Despite this, I proceeded with my appointment to open a new business checking account.My experience with Katy Chen was overall positive, except for one hiccup when I opened a credit card account alongside the checking account. Initially, I had expected to receive a VISA card, but instead received a Mastercard without my prior knowledge. This discrepancy prompted me to schedule a follow-up appointment the following week to rectify the situation. During my second visit, I successfully switched to a VISA credit card. Although I remained unsure as to why the default setting was for a Mastercard, I appreciated the opportunity to address the issue in person. Additionally, while at the bank, I was able to complete an international wire transfer and make some minor changes.As I was preparing to leave the bank, a sudden downpour ensued. Assistant Manager Monica Quintero promptly came to my assistance, expressing her apologies for the inconvenience caused by the credit card issue. She kindly provided me with an umbrella and even insisted that I keep it to prevent getting soaked on my way to the car. I found her gesture to be incredibly thoughtful and considerate. Overall, I extend my gratitude to both Katy and Monica for their professionalism and exemplary customer service.

Very prejudice. If i could give negative stars i would. The lady Muan cleary knew nothing about business she kept looking at me like i wasn’t supposed to have the type of money i did ir drive the car I drove. I already had 3 accounts and she refused to allow me to open any nore accounts. She need to be fired . She was so stuck on how much money i had and where did it come from.

I walked in today to open an account Within 3 minutes I was greeted by Marshon Parker. He was very pleasant, professional And knowledgeable. I Wish we had more bankers like him. If I could give more stars I would. Great experience!!

Should change the name to "Worst Bank in America" to be more accurate. They want your business, but limited cashiers, only 2. The other 5 teller stations remodeled to be permanently closed.Always eager to open a new account or sell you more services, but will have you wait long periods of time to do transactions. No one smiling here, customers as well as employees. Seems like B.O.A is continuing to set low standards. Like this post if you agree...

I wish I had more positive things to share. I made an appointment for 9am to change the name on my account. We didn’t get called until 9:15. We were then with a female individual who told me that if I wanted the “tap” card I’d have to get a completely new card with a new number. I declined that because I don’t want to change the numbers everywhere and decided to stay with the “tap”-less card. Update: I received a tap-card with the same number.She overly pushed the savings account and credit card to me and made it seem like it was necessary to select either of those. I declined.A day later I noticed my account balance was on hold. I called the hotline to be informed I was marked as DECEASED. After many dropped calls and a long time on the phone to find someone that could fix this for me over the phone without me having to return to the location, the action was undone. I received a letter apologizing for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, not a great experience and added hassle that could have been avoided.

Always available and clean. The area is free of debris and the large trash ? is never overflowing with garbage which brings bees and other flying insects. I highly recommend this ATM and Bank of America.

Horrible horrible horrible... And to make it worse the team or management do not make any adjustments. If you plan on going to this branch bring your beach chair and some snacks because you will be waiting for a long time to be served by only one teller while 3 or 4 employees walk around with tablets asking you to be patient. It doesn't make sense, every time I come to this bank it's the same situation.. Long lines with business clients taking longer than usual compared to other customers. And to make matters worse reading some reviews here I see the management just saying sorry just go to Twitter or Facebook.. How does that help??? ..Do better BofA management fix this..

This bank is slower than Christmas. Literally the worst bank I've ever been to. I have to come here 2 times a week because this is the bank my business uses, but I WISH I could use any other bank but this one! There's never more than 1 teller in this place, always a line of 6+ people. Maybe you should train the bankers you have in these offices to help out, because they just sit on their phones all day long when they aren't with a client. There is no reason why I should be waiting 30-45 minutes minimum every time just to get change. Get it together people.

Called 800# to se if I could get some documents mailed to me and was told I had to go into a branch. So I went into BofA Mall of Ga to get statement print outs for 3 months (2017) on a closed account. Was told to call and make an appointment after waiting 30min without anyone approaching me. The only reason I got this far is because I got up, got back in line with the greeter and told her again what I needed. So glad I canceled and went to a credit union. Better rates, customer service, experience, etc.
