Com’on mane, it’s 2025 and you shouldn’t have to 1) decipher where is the personal banking line, 2) ask 3 people for customer service and 3) have to go inside a national bank and ask if the ATM is working.
It’s been years since I have used Bank of America but because Zelle is closing their app, I had to open a Zelle affiliated account to send or receive funds. Here is the view- you walk in the bank and every advertisement is for Business Clients, Loans, or Merrill Lynch. WTH??? Tell us how you really feel about your everyday clients. So when you ask, “hey is there any support for personal accounts”- and a branch staff member perturbedly responds- “I’m doing both, business and personal!” That part was true, but the banter was far more playful than business! When the Branch staff asked (another colleague)can you help these people? Her colleague lamented, “I have a client coming” and walked off. Are you serious?? BOA is one the largest banks in the country and this branch is pretty busy but the customer service for everyday “clients” is relegated to hurry up, sign-in, and wait, cheap couches, and staff with bad attitudes!! This is why the credit unions became so popular over the years. Today was a bad experience BOA; a bad experience.

Went in for a cashiers check. We were in and out in no more than 10 minutes. Employees were really nice and helpful.

Rude and discrimination with a cashier . Never the teller can mistreated any customer . It's the worst branch ever .
Teller needs training for being polite and nice . These are the first rules ...Client first .

Non-existent customer service. I called today for over an hour without being able to get in touch with a living person. Calling the branch does nothing, you select 4 to contact, they tell you that they are busy and to log in via app or web and then drop the call. There is no queue, you must call, select talk to a human, the human never picks up and the call is dropped.
What is the point of having a local branch if it is nonexistent?

Gabriela provided the best customer service! She had so much patience in explaining my banking options and helped me better understand how to choose the best plan that suits me. Even though it was a location a bit further away from me, I think it was well worth my time! Thank you!

Worst service and location to deal. Always short of staff and still making excuse of Covid. Always have to wait atleast 30 to 40 minutes to deposit or taking out money. My wish to have option to give -10 rating.

I opted for this branch due to its convenience and efficient time management. However, prior to my visit, I noticed that the Google reviews for this location were relatively low, which left me curious. Despite this, I proceeded with my appointment to open a new business checking account.My experience with Katy Chen was overall positive, except for one hiccup when I opened a credit card account alongside the checking account. Initially, I had expected to receive a VISA card, but instead received a Mastercard without my prior knowledge. This discrepancy prompted me to schedule a follow-up appointment the following week to rectify the situation. During my second visit, I successfully switched to a VISA credit card. Although I remained unsure as to why the default setting was for a Mastercard, I appreciated the opportunity to address the issue in person. Additionally, while at the bank, I was able to complete an international wire transfer and make some minor changes.As I was preparing to leave the bank, a sudden downpour ensued. Assistant Manager Monica Quintero promptly came to my assistance, expressing her apologies for the inconvenience caused by the credit card issue. She kindly provided me with an umbrella and even insisted that I keep it to prevent getting soaked on my way to the car. I found her gesture to be incredibly thoughtful and considerate. Overall, I extend my gratitude to both Katy and Monica for their professionalism and exemplary customer service.
