Visited this bank location for the first time today to get some documents notarized. Karen helped us with the notarization. She was really nice and courteous in accommodating our request. Good job all around. Thank you very much.

I visited on the weekend and it was comfortable inside. I lined up for the business line, but they told me it was one line. So why did you make a line for a business section? It's understandable if it's for one-line plan from the beginning, but if there's business line, what is the point of leaving a name tag?

Location was clean. Staff was gracious, knowledgeable, and efficient. I prefer to bank online but had to go in for something. It was a pleasant experience!

Terrible ,just to notarize one piece of paper that only takes less than a min. The wait 45min to an hr. And bank statements have a fee what a joke.I’ve been with BOA since 2002 but I will be switching soon to a different bank

Extremely slow service teller counters cluttered with personal ornaments also you have to be Spanish speaking to communicate here.

ATMs don’t take check deposits. Tried two. Both said checks not accepted. Yet almost all branch managers don’t want you coming inside these days. Annoying.

Long waiting line, only 1 banker behind the counter in whole store. But the store’s manager is nice, she help to checked me out quick.

The Atm’s are completely trash. As soon as i put my money in the Atm broke and didn’t return money. We went inside and informed the employees and didn’t show that they cared. They said they couldn’t do anything since there was no transaction shown on the card but the Atm “turned off completely” as soon as we put our money in. They told us to call the number and when we did they didn’t pick up for a hour. We didn’t get our money back , and now currently switching banks. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Bank of America has chosen really bad decisions lately thinking everyone should be able to do everything via ATM then decrease the number of tellers. Now the lines are very long, every day. BoA should bring the teller back.

This is the worst bank ever. I have been a customer with this bank for over 15 years. Deposited a larger check today and they said there is a 7 day hold on the funds. This is crazy. I tried to call them because I needed the funds soon and said there is nothing they can do with that. I will be taking my finds to another bank that cares about their customers.
