DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!! My wife rented a Chevy here about a few weeks ago and I decided to write a review. The staff talks back and it seems as if the only nice worker there was a young man named Gabe who I met in the parking lot that helped me look at cars. AVOID IF YOU CAN!!

If I could give NO stars I would. Lena, the Uber agent that work here was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. She lied to me about their hours changing as to why they didn’t charge me on said day which is to be an automatic draft. I confirmed with UBER that it was a lie. What really happened was they forgot to charge me on the due date ( I didn’t notice because it was an automatic draft and I knew I had plenty money to cover plus the car would have been disabled had I not paid) to later charge on 2 days later. Taking an extra $100 as if I were late when in fact they were. Then changing my due date to two days later. Go somewhere else to get a rental. I would never go here again because of how LENA treated me.

This Avis location was terrible. I’ve been using Avis for years, but this location is very rude, especially the young lady at the front desk. And they tried to up charge me when I had already made a different reservation and they made it difficult so I decided to get a Avis rental car at the airport to rent very smooth transaction I suggest you never go to this location, very unprofessional, and You will be charged More. Scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't go to this location!!! save your time and go to a different location. Very rude lady behind the counter, her name is Leanna and she was giving my family an attitude and said that she can't help us and it's our fault that we didn't call and talk to that specific location (Buford Mill Dr.) but instead we called the Avis Customer Service line center and they're not the same thing.

DO NOT rent from this location. Rented a 7 seater SUV, had nothing except minivans, but tried charging the 7 seater SUV price. Stated that there was nothing that they can do! When we tried dropping the car off we found out there was NO overnight drop box. So the renter forfeits a quarter of a day because the office works banker hours. If you want a pleasant experience rent elsewhere where they at least seem like they care.

Terrible place to rent a car, never go here or use AVIS. I am speaking from experience of renting from 2 different providers. Avis stole our money and refused to help us remedy the situation. Very incompetent staff all around and I don’t say that lightly as I really tried to work with them and be understanding.

Just horrible. Horrible cars. Horrible service. Go to another location. I’m in presidents club and I asked for an upgrade and was told I didn’t qualify. Came back to return my car and no one is at the desk. Waited 30mins.

Rented from here because I avoid the Lawrenceville location at all costs. Brittani & Kathryn were extremely helpful getting me in and out in less than 10 minutes. They were both professional and courteous. This is my new location I would never go back to Lawrenceville.

My husband's company rented and paid for a car for him to pick up at 11 am this morning. When he arrived to pick up the car, the woman who was behind the desk was extremely rude and informed him that there was no car, his order had been canceled and that he received a phone call. He explained that he didn't have any calls or a message on his phone. She continued to argue with him that she had a piece of paper showing that someone had called him. He explained that he needs the car today to leave early Monday morning on his business trip. She refused to call the other location or offer any help, much less an apology. She claimed her system was down??? He was told to call himself. He also had to call me to come back for him.He ended up getting a car from the other location an hour from where we live. This was a horrible inconvenience, and now when he gets home we will spend 2 hours returning this car. We will never use Avis again. Do NOT do business with that location!!

The lady at the front desk is super rude. I have a free upgrade offer and when checked for this the lady said that there are no available cars. But I can see a number of cars available in the parking lot, so I asked again and this is the reply I got. "I already told you and I need not tell you again". Also, I got the vehicle without a full tank.

This is not only complain for this location but Avis company as a whole. I made a reservation on May 16 for 12 passenger van for June 19. I was getting email notification and even a text the day before that I will be able to pick up my car. On the day I supposed to pick up the car at 9 am. I called and ask if I can pickup at 8:30. The lady said NO. She said there is no van. After an hour she called me and said they received email that there is no van coming to this location and any near locations but offered me to take 2 -7 seater van. I said this is a family trip and I can’t take two van. They told me to call Jonathan who is district manager. I called left him message and my phone numbers but this person did not bother to call. This is so uncommon for a such business to treat a customer. My whole vacation plan was ruined. I want to write down so other can view what happened to me.

I am an Avis Preferred member who travels for business. I rented a Kia from the Buford location to travel to Charleston, but on the day of the rental I was provided the Kia and told “there are a lot of stains on the seats…it’s an older car with a lot of miles”. I returned the car in a cleaner state than I received it, but today I received a letter for a charge of $450.I am appalled at this “slap in the face”. The cars at this location are always dirty and smell of “pot”. I have never spoken out about this, but after this experience I will no longer rent from this location.STAY AWAY from this terrible, poor service Avis.

Went to Avis Buford, and had an very smooth delivery of car with right choice of the car. Extremely satisfied by the delivery and service. Highly recommend going for it. Thank you.

This was my first experience at Avis and it was absolutely amazing. It was recommended to me from my sister a long time customer. The manager helped me and gave me alot of insight being that it was my first time. Thank you Brit for the amazing service. I will be back soon.
