My service advisor Map is an awesome guy. Chill and to the point. However every time I've come here over the past year I find several dirty handprints on my white trim or seats. The first time is Map literally cleaned it himself for me. The next few times it was small and I didn't see it until I was home and just cleaned it myself. This most recent time there was a very obvious handprint on my passenger door and marks on my driver side. Just an exhausted person trying to maintain their first new car and these events don't help. Please have the tech either be more aware or just put a new glove on.

This is the second time I've scheduled service for my Toyota according to the service sticker only to come in to find the service wasn't due. They wanted to sell me a more expensive service instead. I realize that is how a business makes money, but I repeatedly have to tell them that I don't ever have an extra $1000 to randomly spend. I asked why my sticker couldn't be set for when I need to come in, but was told they couldn't. I will not be back.

I stopped into Auto Nation after talking to one of salesmen by text but he was with another customer. So we got the pleasure of meeting and working with MAXWELL BELL! He was so great! Very knowledgeable and informative. He answered all of my questions and even some I didn’t know I had. Even though I didn’t get to get my car here I would not hesitate to recommend friends and family to go work with Maxwell. He made the experience of searching for my car very pleasant and stress free.

After a total loss car accident Gabriella (sales) and Jacker (now in finance) we’re able to get me into a new car that I absolutely love! You schedule a service appointment and go into their garage and nobody greets you. You go inside and cant find a employee anywhere. I waited a hour trying to get someone to honor my service appointment. I left in frustration. When I called they where completely unapologetic about the situation, and did not offer a shred of evidence that they will try to improve service in the future. They act like its my fault they can't offer proper customer service in their service center.

I had an excellent experience at this Toyota dealership. The sales agent Tyrell was very helpful in helping me find the right car to take home with my description of what I wanted. He was very friendly and personable and willing to help out every single step of the way. Would buy another car from here again!
