“After moving from across town away from a trusted auto repair and service shop for over 20 years, I wanted to find a new service center for my 2006 Honda CR-V. After trying out a couple of other "Garages" I found a home with Japanese Auto Repair.
Patrick (Service Advisor), Kyle (Technician) and Gayle (Customer Care) illustrated the kind of professionalism and peace of mind I hoped to find in an auto service center.
This confidence came from each person directly answering my questions, showing me the problems with my vehicle upfront, thus allowing me to make an informed decision on the work needing attention.
I will be bringing all of our household vehicles for any repairs and/or servicing going forward to Japanese Auto Repair.

These guys know their stuff!!!! After dealing with 3 other shops that could not get my Tundra driving how it should, within 24 hours of them having my truck……. it rides like it’s brand new now!!!!! Not even the Mrs has a complaint, (that’s a miracle lol)
When you ask them a question they truly nerd out like I do in my profession and share their wealth of knowledge, educating you on what you’ve inquired about. I spoke with three different individuals and it was like listening to an audio version of the Chiltons repair guide.
They pointed out a few things that we need to keep an eye on to protect my investment that neither of the other shops had mentioned. Was not an attempt to upsale in anyway, in fact they requested we drive it a couple weeks and bring it back for a feee inspection to verify.
Price point they were right in the middle. In my opinion they should be one of the higher priced shops for the very knowledgeable service writers and professional techs completing the installation/repairs. I’m trying to figure out how they have hired so many industry leading employees in one place for my own company!!
You can take your ride here, send your wife, mom, whomever and know they are going to get transparent, honest, and fair treatment by a group that truly prides themself on helping you with your auto needs. I’m trying to come up with new upgrades just to take my truck back now that I have found the best in the area.”

“I had the pleasure of working with team Ryan automotive to get the AC fixed in my Kia Sportage. My car was still covered under warranty through Carvana. AJ talked me through the process of having my car fixed through my warranty. I did not have to do anything or call anyone or file any paperwork. Aj took care of everything for me! All I had to do is pay my deductible. While my car was being fixed, Team Ryan provided me with a Rental car, free of charge, for two days. AJ from Team Ryan would text me regularly with updates on my vehicle. This whole experience has been very pleasant and stress-free. I had multiple quotes and chose Black Bear because of the lowest pricing, best reviews and ultimately Bradley being the main point of contact.
For my Jeep Gladiator, I decided to re-gear at at 5.13 with Yukon gears and I also replaced my front and rear driveshafts with Adams Driveshafts. The install was done with precision and attention to detail.
My truck now drives way better and I can actually hit 8th gear on the interstate where I couldn’t before riding stock. The new driveshafts have me super confident out in the wilderness and there’s no more clicking from the stock driveshafts being destroyed.
My experience with Black Bear was really good. I look forward to getting more modifications done in the future from them and also telling everyone about how awesome they are!”

They were doing a paint job on a scratch but beyond doing a perfect job repairing the paint, they touched up other areas that were in need, vacuumed my car and baby’s car seat, repaired a knob on the driver seat and filled up my tires that I dropped off low due to the weather dip.
As a busy mother of three I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The car was done on time and the customer service I experienced was everything a good business should be.”

He was upfront on what to expect in the process, potential problems, and estimated cost to repair my 2007 Ford 150 5.4L 4x4 transmission. Usually in GA we get the tag mailed to us or some communication from the dealership letting us know to pick up the tag. I had to call to see if I can get my tag.”

“I have known John for a while now. Axle nerd talk or a simple bearing search or question, he is always on top of it. Lost track on how many axles I have gotten refreshed or replaced by CV Source Inc. but always my go when it comes to axles. Best part, you bring him an aftermarket axle and makes sure you get out with an OEM quality axle. No compromises. My family and friends will always have his business. Also, helps that John and I are Honda nerds :)”
