This place could use some training and education how to serve customers. Went in last week to take a look around and found some beautiful furniture but no one came to even ask me nor did anyone help or try to assist in anyway. Even after the salesperson finished with a customer. But I thought I’ll still take my husband back because I wanted him to try out the patio furniture we plan to get and I wanted his take on my perception of the service. He agreed. I took him back today. Once again the service was less than lack luster. After 15 min of nothing, he said, we can go. So, we went online, found another vendor and ordered the same furniture elsewhere. This is a good place to try out furniture but spend your money somewhere else. I will not be giving my money to a company that doesn’t understand how to treat their customers. Although I found it interesting that last week the folks that got service didn’t look like me. I’ll just leave that there.

We stumbled on American Casual Living because we were looking at Polywood resin furniture online. We found out that ACL stocks Polywood so we wanted to see what if it was a fit for our pool area. We were pleasantly surprised to find a showroom filled with an outstanding selection of outdoor furniture which offers choices to fit most any space size and decor as well as offerings to fit most any budget. Not only that, they have accessories to compliment any look you want to create. The staff is very helpful...they let you look around without hounding you but as soon as you need help they are there to provide it. Their customer service is second to none, they offer delivery and set up of your purchase and they go out of their way to ensure you are satisfied. We are extremely happy we made our purchase through American Casual Living, not only we're we able to see and sit on what we're shopping for online, we even saved a bit over the online price.

Its ashame that a store with such beautiful furniture has such incompetent sales people. My husband and I went in the weekend of presidents' day to purchase furniture. We were in the store for about 15 minutes and no one spoke to us. We finally asked for help and got the most incompetent sales associate I have ever dealt with. After asking a few questions we told him we would come back the next day to make the purchase, because it was close to closing time. We walked in the next morning and once again no one spoke, not even the associate that helped us the day before!! He did not even leave the sales desk. He just stood there. We finally asked if he even remembered us. Through out the sales process everyone we dealt with acted as if they did not want to help us. It was very odd. We moved ahead with the purchase, inspite of the incompetence because they had exactly what we needed. However, if you can find what you are looking for in a store where your business is more appreciated I would go there. American casual has beautiful furniture but your business will not be appreciated.

This is a great store but most of the furniture is really expensive. But you can find just about anything you need for out doors. It would be nice if there was some more reasonable priced pool furniture.

Although we didn't purchase anything they do have a very big selection of outdoor furniture to look at on the floor. Most of it appears to be good quality that is built to last.
