They upcharge a "rush" fee if you want to buy something the same day - even though they have it in stock and don't need to engrave it. Also, they do not accept returns. This should be clearly noted when buying something from them.

Sean and his team are top notch and never have missed a deadline. Their embroidery work is flawless and designs are fantastic. We use them for logos for all our business apparel and team apparel. We have been working with them for the past 6 years and will continue to do so. Highly recommend this company

They'd get ZERO stars if that was possible. A note on the door says by appt. only after taking 35 minutes to get there. I walk up and the door is open, the lady asks can I help you. I said yes, I was checking to see if y'all were open. She rolls her eyes and says yes. I tell her I need to grab something out my truck.I grabbed a bell that is significant for cancer patients and proceed inside.She hands me a card, says fill this out and I'll see if a sales rep is available.She comes back and says you don't want us to engrave that do you? I said no just mount to a plaque that's going to be engraved. She immediately said we don't do that.I'll be doing a lot of awards but not from here.I'll take the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life of Gwinnett's business elsewhere.
