I went in today looking for some sandals for my upcoming trip and walked out with 2 pairs and a set of earrings thanks to Isaiah! He was super kind and helpful, and had me checked out quick! The workers here are fantastic. Highly recommend this place!

I wanted to buy some beautiful sandals, and they have them there, but the young workers in the store were hanging out. I watched them for several minutes with the sandal in my hand to ask for my size, but they never came over or stopped talking to each other. It seems their conversation was really interesting so I left the store.

Dania was the best sales person when we shopped at Aldo over the weekend for our Mother’s Day treat! Thank you so much for your input and guiding us to get the best things we liked the best. Also being super patient and letting me try on like 8 shoes!

This review only received two stars because the store had a nice selection of shoes and a good sale going on but unfortunately the employees had poor customer service. I stayed in this store for 10 minutes and no one ever greeted me or asked if I needed help. There were two employees on the floor that kept glancing over at me and standing around looking unprofessional.

Location told me I could not exchange my shoes. The location in Dunwoody assisted me with no issues. I do not recommend this location.

The cashier handled two people who came in after I did, and a phone call. I will give this location the benefit of the doubt since it seems that they are understaffed, but I feel nonetheless that it unprofessional.
