Frequently leaves office earlier than posted business hours, rarely available to answer the phone.

Never asked me anything or suggested ways I could save on my taxes. Left my tax info on the front desk for me to pick up and charged premium. Could have used turbotax for less than half with better results. Makes me mad every time I pass so finally decided to write a review.
