I have been with this company for about 8 years and have never had an issue. I love that I can schedule a delivery online and pay that way as well. Many reviews mention the rudeness of the office staff, but I have never encountered that problem when I've called.

I've WAS with Blossom for about 7-8 years... My biggest gripe was that I would call in and ask what the current price was.... I always filled up around July/August when prices are at their lowest. THREE times I was told, "Our price is $X. So I said, "Filler up!". When the bill came in, it would not be $X, but rather $X+.70 cents a therm more than quote. All total, that's usually $200 more than expected/quoted. When I called in, once it was adjusted to quoted price over the phone. The other two times I was told, "sorry, there's nothing we can do about it.". My response was GOODBYE!! Therefore, I purchased my own used tank off OfferUp so that I can use whatever company I chose/cheapest.... No longer getting "hood-winked.". I value honesty above service. Would I recommend Blossom to my new neighbor? LOL, as a matter of fact I did NOT. I shared with them my experience and fortunately for them, they listened and went with another company. (Just a hilarious side note. I shared with another elderly neighbor of mine what was happening, and his response..... "That's why I left Blossom 30 years ago.".

was just charged $326 for underpayment of the budget plan. we were told last month at renewal that the underpayment would be added to the renewal plan amount. tried to explain it to dorris multiple times but she jsut keeps repeating like a broken record "usage went up"... i know dorris thats why there is an underpayment. new plan is $182 (despite still being charged the underpayment)plan was $110/month, there was a $326 underpayment which was to be disbursed into the new plan, plus the same amount again to cover the new usage amount.326/12=27.17 x 2= 54.33110+54.33=$164.33payment should NOT be $182 DORRIS. and i should not have been double charged the $326. with the charge, payment should be $137.16//BUYER BEWARE, although things usually go smoothly. they got some people running things that don't seem to have the education to run these accounts.Edit: i had sent an email to them before the reply, the first attempt failed as the email on the "email us" was wrong. Sent a second which got corrupted somehow had an ad on it. And a third, which still no response.

I dont even know where to start. I have a delivery issue with this company once out of every 3 times at least. I have a gated drive and 3 large dogs. So i cant just have them come out and deliver gas to me. I have to be home. I tell them this and even ask for them to call me ahead of time so i know ill be home. Well the last time i requested gas I had run out in the middle of the night. Well I have electric heaters so that helped. I called and asked for gas on Monday and she tells me that they will be out on Thrusday to deliver to me because that is when they are in my area. And its not her fault that I ran out and she knows i trashed talked them last year on social media and that if i wanted gas before then i would have to pay an extra $100. I tell her okay ill see them on Thursday. On Tuesday I'm at walmart shopping and i get a phone call. I answer and its the gas man at my house telling me he is at my house to deliver gas but there is a gate and dogs (big surprise there ive told this company several times). I apologized and said i didnt know he was coming because i was told that theu wouldnt be able to come out until Thursday. He says its fine he was ahead of schedule so he was going to fill up peoples tanks in the area. Well on Thursday, I sat around until late afternoon for him to deliver. Whatever i got my gas.
Well this time i call and ask for gas (im at 40% and i dont want to run out again) and im told im on the list and it will be thrusday for them to deliver to me. I call and ask where it is and she tells me that she doesnt know that the gas will be late that they are running all weekend because they are running behind again. I told her that I had dinner plans with my family at 6. She says "you dont have to be home." And i said "yes i do i have a gate and 3 large dogs." And she says oh yeah. We probably wont get to you today anyways." Its now Friday. Im still sitting at home waiting on gas. And i called and she tells me that they are going to be delivering all weekend and i dont have to be at home. And i say once again that i do because of the gate and the dogs. She tells me that she wasnt sure when they would get to me but it could be sometime today or tomorrow or even Sunday. If they know i have a gate and dogs why wouldnt they put it in their system? A little note or something saying that? It would be different if they would call me on their way to my house instead of being at my house to call and me missing my delivery. So, Im ALWAYS stuck at home waiting on a delivery because they arr always running behind and cant call to say that they are on the way. And they can never say well we will be there between the hours of 1 to 5 or anything. I'm looking for another company that has better customer service and who wont make me sit at home for 4 days waiting on a possible delivery.

Steer clear of this company. We were customers for a number of years. Their service gradually got worse over the years. Office staff rude and short. Before we stopped using them a service man came to our home to fix our furnace and almost blew it up. There was a loud explosion noise and black soot all over the place. Then we requested gas be delivered on our 'assigned delivery day' but they didn't show and then didn't show for another 2 days. We finally ran out of gas and were freezing so we called them again and because it was after hours they tried to charge us a huge emergency fee. We cancelled the service and requested they come out to get their tank. They never showed so our new provider were nice enough to unhook it before installing our new one. I dragged Blossmans tank out of the way. I called a few more times over the next few months but they never showed to get their tank. It sat out there almost a year before they came to get it and then tried to charge us a rental fee. I told them they owed me more in tank storage fees.

We do NOT recommend this company. The office staff is rude. The service is very undependable. Their price is higher than other local propane dealers. If you try to have a portable tank filled, they want you to pay, then come pick it up later. If you want propane delivered, you pay in advance and then wait for delivery. They never show up when they say they will, even if it is your "regular" delivery day. On more than one occasion our paid order has been "lost' or "forgotten". After repeated phone calls inquiring about our order, it still took over 24 hours for the truck to show up.
