My service has been horrendous for months. Trying to get someone competent enough to make a service call to your residence virtually impossible.

Can not reach anyone by phone to make a payment ! We’ve always paid by phone ! We’re tired of Xfinity and there sorry service , we will be looking for new service elsewhere !

Appointment is useless. Accomplished nothing other than wasted time. I despise Comcast Xfinity and can’t wait for a viable alternative; their monopoly will soon come to an end in our area!
