Absolute piss poor customer service in the pharmacy. I checked in with the pharmacy in person, the pale, skinny, dark haired female working the front desk told me it would be around an hour for my prescription. I sit in my car for over an hour and get a call from Walgreens automated system telling me they don't have the meds and they can't fill the prescription. Why could they not tell me that when I first checked in? Wasted over an hour of my time for nothing. If you can avoid using this location please do.

It took over an hour to get passport pictures done because the employees couldn’t figure out how to operate the equipment and were arguing between themselves about how to do it. I should have walked out in the first 15 minutes. Do yourself and favor and go to Staples.

Mario the pharmacist was very helpful and courteous with refilling a prescription twice after I transferred it to another pharmacy. I was informed by my insurance provider that the other location was going to be inexpensive. That was not the case. So I returned to Walgreens and Mario refilled the prescription immediately. Madison was the cashier during this transaction. They are an asset to your business, great attitudes, patience, and courteous.

Two Walgreens in town, this is the bad one. Not well stocked, rude employees (not all, but most) and odd timing for closures of photo, pharm, etc. Lots of bad experiences

I am going to update my one star review from last year. This pharmacy will take upwards of three hours to fill prescription, and not when they are “busy,” but on a regular basis. This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever used.

12.5/23. 6pm. The pharmacy at this store has the worst customer service ever from the pharmacist to the techs. They are not helpful at all and act like they want customers to go away, which all three customers who were there at the time did leave unsatisfied. Walgreen corporate you need to give some customer service training.

I can never speak to the pharmacist. Their phone system is ridiculous. I stayed on the line for 25 minutes and still could not talk to any person.

Don’t try to even use the pharmacy
They do not care about their customers at all.
You can’t trust anything they say.
I wish they would use the brains they were blessed with! I will not return and will think twice before I buy anything from there again.

So I will be filing a report on this location and the employees. Funny how bad honest reviews get removed so fast.
Will be filing a report to open an investigation on this location.
My parents have nothing but problems from this location, they have a hard enough time just making it to the pharmacy for pickup to be greeted with rude incompetece.
At least notify customers of changes.
They've switched pharmacies due to the negligence of the staff! Unacceptable!

Edit - They do not care.
Don't even bother going here. They have gotten to many "patients" too quickly. There is NO customer service and nothing but attitudes. They all act like we are bothering them.
