This Post Office constantly gets my packages and sorts them onto the wrong truck . After a while it will say attempted delivery that never happened and customer requested hold that also never happened . I'll have to go to the post office to pick it up . I have a two day delivery that was delivered to the Brunswick office to deliver to me and they sent it to Savannah where it disappeared 4 days ago. Worst place I've ever lived for USPS packages. They obviously don't hold employees accountable for their constant mistakes . Unfortunately Amazon and other vendors can't always control the method of shipping . UPS is a five star , FedEx is a five Star but the Brunswick Georgia USPS is under 2 stars from my personal experience .

Supposed to receive package yesterday. Let me say i fully understand that delays happen. What i am not ok with is lying. I checked the tracking, it said that the customer requested to pick it up (i did no such thing). The tracking number in their system said the package was being held in darien( ok weird) i talked to someone and they say its being held at the brunswick post office because it arrived earlier than expected and was being held at my request…. BUT it was also expected to be out for delivery tomorrow. So if i requested to have it held so that i could pick it up, why would it also be scheduled for a new delivery date? Which i was told was the estimated date… but thats a lie because yesterday was the estimated date to be delivered… so it arrives essentially on time and is being held here in brunswick so that it can now be delivered late… make it make sense.

We are STILL awaiting our package, they LIED on tracking that we requested to pick up, we did not, and we have been up there 2 times and they stated they "lost" our package!!! Yet their tracking still states it's at post office! They also stated the package was last with the carrier, make it make sense!!!! Give me my stuff!!

You must have new delivery people cause for the last week I've been getting my neighbors mail and another neighbor is getting my mail. It's not very difficult to match house numbers with mailbox numbers people. Get it together Brunswick P.O.

This is the 3rd time in one week there has been a problem with this postal route. I waited all day for a package to be delivered. Then, at the end of the day the tracking message stated I had requested my package to be held for pick-up which is a lie. The lying has happened before stating there was no access to the mailbox. When you try to call no one will answer the phone. After a bit the ring will go to a busy signal. Change in management is needed or accountability for the people delivering. I actually give less than 1 star!

I arrived at the post office at 8:32 am, there were eight people in line, and one clerk waiting on customers. No attempt was made to get more clerks to help expedite the process. She also allowed a problem customer to stand in line next to her station and interrupt other customers that had been waiting in line. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service.

I hate that anyone I order from uses postal service. We have a serious issue in the downtown area for sure. You will have an attempted delivery notice and never have received a package. I work from home, and this always happens. No one has attempted any deliveries. And then the stuff shows up the next day. I dont know if it's part of their automated system or whether someone is checking off as delivered or attempted delivery. It really cause issues, especially with time sensitive expectancy. This needs to be addressed and fixed

I haven't received my mail in 2 days expecting something important and when he does it is at 6:00 at night I can deal with that but just deliver my mail that's your job!!!

For anyone else looking to get something done about this post office, contact your local state representative. For the Glynn county area, it’s Buddy carters office. If enough fire gets going, something will be done about the management.

This has to be the WORST postal service office in the entire UNITED STATES. They do not take responsibility for ANY of their mistakes. They miss deliver sooo much. They have single handedly costs me hundreds of dollars. The “Post Master” refuses to communicate with anyone unless it’s via email than it’s purely luck if you get a response. The only positive things to come from this off are the 3 ladies that work the front desk Wilma, Alexis, and Dawn. I actually feel sorry for them having to take the blow for all the incompetent delivery people.

They refuse to deliver packages on the weekends after they have an agreement with amazon. They say no access to house. What a crock!! Lazy !!!
