My car was completely dead - I have a car that shifts gears electronically so getting out of park wasn't an option. They still were able to safely get my car on the flat bed and deliver it to the mechanic without problem. “Once again A. & J. Towing helped me with prompt service but also saved me money by the driver's good advice. I was sure my starter was dead and planned to have it towed to a repair shop to replace the starter. The driver suggested that the battery be charged. That was the problem. He said the starter was fine. He then suggested I go to an auto parts store and buy a new battery which the parts store would install. I did what he suggested.
