I couldn’t give it one star or even 5 star because of my experience with trying to get in touch with someone from that business. I would love to have had an appointment. Made 5 attempts to make an appointment over the course of two weeks. No one ever answers the phone and if you try and make an appointment on line the system doesn’t work properly. I am sure they are good, according to the reviews I saw but I will never know because I never could get anyone to answer the phone and or return the messages left on the voice mail box.

Great salon and service! I was in and out within 45 minutes for a haircut and style with blow dry. I am big on my time. I don’t have much of it, so I am very appreciative of the prompt great service, and haircut!

I live part time in the area and I needed a coloring touch up. After searching the Internet I found the Loft. It was a fantastic experience start to finish! I was able to easily book an appointment online with Chelsea. I received a confirmation and reminder text accordingly. Upon arrival. I was greeted immediately and met by my stylist. Chelsea, the stylist who I worked with, is probably the fastest stylist I've ever had. And she's really talented. I love my hair color and the job she did! I cannot recommend her enough. I have long hair. I was in and out for around $150 which included a tip. The salon itself is adorable, though non descript on the outside. It was decorated sweetly for the Christmas holiday. It was quiet and several stylists have rooms with a shared lobby and washing area. I cannot recommend this salon enough. It's a great and quick experience for the busy person. My little sister just went here and came back crying because her hair wasn’t at all what she wanted and she even showed them a picture. She has darker hair and wanted thick lighter brown/blonde in her hair and her stylist gave her very thin highlights that you could barley see. An email was sent and she did apologize that she left my sister crying and said she should’ve explained her process to begin with. Just overall disappointed in how it turned out because she was really excited about getting it done. I feel she could at least have offered to retry for a discounted price or something like I would never ask for a full refund it just seems unfair. This was also $160.

As a seasonal resident, it has not been easy to return to the same stylist each year. That being said, it was my good fortune to connect with Taylor over the past few seasons. Taylor is professional, always on time, and has given me color and cut services that I am very happy with. I would highly recommend her.

Even though I struggled with the appointment process, my experience with The Loft Hair Salon was the best experience I have ever had. The salon is beautifully aesthetic, organized, and a great environment. My boyfriend and I definitely enjoyed the appointment and will come back again! We had Taylor Correa-LaGrone for a Men's Haircut and a Drycut. She took her time, asked me what I wanted, and answered any questions I had. She really listened to me, and I love the outcome!
