I had such a great experience with the staff at The Flower Basket. I placed a last minute order for a funeral service and Susan assisted me every step of the way in making sure my order was delivered. She even called me after delivery which I truly appreciated. I just wanted to thank her for her efforts and outstanding customer service! Thanks Susan! You are the best. The Flower Basket is HIGHLY recommended. A+

Received these flowers from my mom as a just because and I can honestly say this is my favorite bouquet I've ever received!!! How CUTE and charming is this?! And the soaps and gift baskets were so artfully done I was just screaming in joy. The bucket is so adorable I'll be using it for a pot. I'm so happy and it definitely made my day. She said she placed the order this morning at 8ish and I just got them at 11:30. Amazing!

Absolutely an amazing experience and I found a beautiful basket arrangement. The staff were upbeat ,friendly and they even replaced the a few flowers with fresh ones. Definitely will return.

Our daughter was married 5/4/24 on Jekyll Island and The Flower Basket did all of the bouquets,boutonnières and centerpieces. Their work was stunning! Everyone at the wedding commented on how beautiful they were. I would highly recommend Hollie and her shop The Flower Basket!

I called last minute right before Mother's Day - and my orders aren't run of the mill - higher price point and different flowers... they got the order out same day! the recipient is soooo happy. The arrangement was at the designers discretion within the price point - amazing work! THANK YOU!

Beautiful arrangement. It was delivered very quickly after order that same day. The arrangement was sent to my mom in hospital, and no issues getting to her. She was so happy, and so am I. Recommend and will use again.

Ordered flowers for my wedding anniversary to be delivered to my wife on the anniversary date, which is Wednesday, April 17. I paid $9 for the delivery plus the expensive flowers for them to show up yesterday, April 11, on a Thursday, which ruined the surprise for my wife. Not sure how a reputable flower shop that delivers daily doesn’t read the information. I called to complain and couldn’t get a manager on the phone. I was just told “Sorry. We will do better next time.” Just a fore warning for anyone interested in this flower shop. Hopefully your surprise wont be ruined.
Updated: The flowers were beautiful, and the shop certainly took care of my wife for the misunderstanding. She is happy. Thank you.
