I use for storage. Staff is friendly and responsive. Security seems good with lots of security cameras.

Had the worst experience. I rented a uhaul. The home depot guy told me how to put on the straps on my vehicle that I towed behind on a car Dolly. During my drive on the interstate the straps come undone bc they was never put on correctly. I about lost my vehicle on the interstate. I had just enough time to pull into a gas station before my vehicle rolled backwards off the Dolly. I'm soo upset by this. Why don't the home depot guys get trained on how to put on straps before they tell the customer how to do it.... or can u guys at this store train someone to help the customer put on the straps correctly. I see this as a huge huge safety issue.

It's a great place to Rent a Uhaul,The only negative thing I don't like is it's very hard to get through if your trying to call, it usually requires you leaving a message, and a call back. So book it online at Uhaul , and then pick it up at location.

Don't waste your time. We just waited in their lobby for so long while one employee said they cant help us and he just let the phone ring over and over. Very poor customer service.
