I went in unsure of what I wanted and needed. A guy there named Kevin must have saw the look on my face and when I say awesome customer service he was phenomenal. Start to finish he was knowledgeable about different products I needed to help my business. Even though they were in the remodeling process he stayed with me helping me find what I needed! Everytime I come in he's extremely helpful and always kind. He offered me advice on advertising that worked like a charm. Thanks again staples Brunswick!

I was greeted by Tashea Thompson whom was very friendly, smiling, and helpful. She explained that Sydea Armstrong would be able to assist me with my project. Sydea was very helpful and courteous as well. Sydea excuted the project in a timely manner. I was truly impressed with her skills. These young ladies are truly an asset to your business: professional, knowledgeable, and courteous!!! Thank you young ladies!

I am shocked by the absolutely stellar customer service that I got. George asked all the right questions to find out needs I didn’t even know I needed and then found me a product in my price range that exceeded my expectations! If you need computer help, go to staples and ask for George

I've never had a bad experience at Staples in Brunswick (and found the same wonderful service when my computer crashed in Houston.) It's a 'company' thing, not just a wonderful, local team.

Tommy in the printing online dept is fantastic in problem solving and so much patience! I was in today for online returns . He was busy with the lady in front of me problem solving her issue.By time it was my turn it was getting near the end of the day. I never felt rushed even though I knew he had things to do before he could close out for the day.He was very good at giving direction on how to pull up labels and bar codes so he could print them out. He guided me through the whole process. He was a super hero to several people today. Thank you Tommy!

Mrs.Lori is the Best! She was the only one and was taking care of 4 customers at once! Please give this lady a Raise she really deserves it! She made sure my item was returned to Amazon the correct way!

Staples took my money, did not complete my order, and refused to give me a refund. I placed an online order for a print job. When I picked the order up, the clerk said that they did not have the paper that I ordered. She gave me 2 very poor substitutions - they were not usable for the project. I asked her for a refund and she said that I needed to call customer service. She did not allow me to take either of the incorrect items (which were such poor quality that they really weren't usable by anyone. I called customer service and they said that because I did a store pickup, I needed to get my refund from the store. The online rep said she would call the store and direct them to refund me. I went back to the store and was again told that they would not issue me a refund.
