The purchasing process at Southern Hardware was the best I’ve experienced! After a phone call, they had everything ready for me when I showed up. I went inside, signed my documents, and when I made it outside my mower was loaded up and ready to go!

Very rude and unempathetic to customers. I bought two mowers from them. I recently needed a simple 10 min tire change and its been in the shop for 2 days now. I spoke with the owner and he seems to think this is acceptable. They have a number of employees there but put ALL the repairs on one guy. In the time the owner spoke to me he could have changed all 4 of my tires. The owner is apparently a super lazy guy whod rather argue with a customer than just go spend the 10 minutes to change a tire.
