They make a great product and the customer service was great until it was out of warranty. I had requested some information and had asked for futher information about my couch. It was great until they found out it was 5 years old. The customer service then became almost nonexistent and wouldn't even share the measurements of it saying they don't know them? I want to have a slip cover made as they don't sell one. How could they not know them.

I've visited Simple Elegance a few times while visiting Brunswick and let me tell you they are awesome! I have had nothing but amazing experiences there with their customer service. They go above and beyond for the customer. They also have a great selection of products. I highly highly recommend them!!!

Stopped by on yesterday after having a not so good day and decided to look around a bit. I left out with a bag full of things and I did it all with the help of the nice young ladies who were working. Customer Service is so important and y'all get an A+ from me. As a customer that was having a crummy day they really lifted my spirits. Of course I'll be back to shop.

This is my second tim visiting this store, both visits, I was completely ignored by the staff. I was the only customer in the store and both employees literally avoided making eye contact with me. Although they have very cute merchandise, I refuse to support a business that treats that patrons like that. They do not welcome you as you come in, offer assistance, or thank you for coming in. Very sad, I thought maybe it was just the particular employees months ago, but for the same thing to happen twice....

I love everything about this shop! It's fun and inviting, there is a wide variety of inventory and the employees are wonderful! I always find what I need, whether I'm shopping for a gift or for myself, and then some. It is my "go-to" shop. If you haven't been, you are missing a great, locally owned treasure!
