After 7ish years I was able to pass on the heirlooms to where they need to be abd thanks to climate control the local humidity and bugs did not ruin a thing. Highly recommend. “I got this storage unit without even having to enter the building, but the day that I entered the building I met Jeff. I love the system that they run here because I forget a lot of things and I was always reminded of my bill coming up and if my bill was late before they started charging me an extra charge text message and email. I think this helps a lot nowadays and my industry and other industries That involves people who have to travel. It has been amazing and one of the best storage units as a traveling welder to ever accommodate me and the pricing was very worth it and very satisfying. I did the climate control and I’m moving my stuff out over a year now and everything is exactly the same as it was when I moved in, the access throughout the year has been very easy and reasonable in and out. I recommend that anyone who needs a storage unit for a month, a few day or even a year because they made my stay here worth it. I feel the warm southern welcome anytime I’m here and the staff is helpful.”

“We recently hired Golden Isles Moving and Storage (GIMS) to move our belongings from SSI to VA and we could not have been more pleased with the experience. From the team that came a day early to help us pack some of our more fragile items, to the team that loaded up our belongings in SSI as well as the team who unloaded us in VA we can’t say enough great things about them: all were very professional and respectful; all of the qualities that we greatly value. Finally kudos to the owner (Tom Wolfe) for doing the right thing by fully reimbursing us for the two lamps that were damaged in the move with no questions asked. My wife and I highly recommend GIMS to all who have a local or a cross country move in the future.”

“Truly awesome customer service and prices. You cannot beat this place. I rented a small unit for two years (at The Storage Shed) and recently decided to switch to a larger unit. After a long day of packing, driving, and consolidating my two units -- we drove off with the lock in our car and left our unit unlocked! We also left our old unit open with a little trash inside. Imagine our panic when The Storage Shed (Jessica) called us later that day. Thankfully, she placed a lock on our unit and cleaned out the old unit with no problem. These people stay on top of their business and your belongings will be in great hands!”

“It's a great place to Rent a Uhaul,The only negative thing I don't like is it's very hard to get through if your trying to call, it usually requires you leaving a message, and a call back. So book it online at Uhaul , and then pick it up at location.”
