No one attending the walk-up desk. The scan/check-in app was down. I asked a store associate for assistance who went to the back and notify them we were waiting for assistance and I was told they're in the back Boosie and he walked away. Minutes later I walked behind the counter and tap on the glass to get someone's attention, and they took their time shuffling to the counter. When the work was complete, I was told they would phone me and they did not. Again, I walked behind the counter to the window and I could see that the work was complete but once again I had to jump through hoops to get someone's attention. The attitude displayed by both attendance clearly so they could not give a crap about helping anyone. I realize they may have been short-staffed, but attitude is everything and the overall experience very annoying to say the least. What a disappointment, Sam's

HUGE WASTE OF TIME. Don't assume they can install the tires you buy from them. They didn't have the right "tool" to do the scheduled job. This is after I had someone drive 30 min to pick me up.

The team at the Brunswick tire center were great! I can’t remember the guys name but I’m pretty sure he’s the main supervisor. Nevertheless, he went above and beyond to correct an issue that was caused by one of his techs. He made me feel that he actually cared about me and my experience. I went in not thrilled and left very satisfied. Glad I purchased my set at this Sam’s location and plan on doing so in the future.
Not completely sure but I think the guys name is Stephen. Could be way off though.

Have you ever been to a pharmacy where the employees introduced themselves, extended a warm welcome, and sent you away with a "Welcome Bag" of little gifts?Go to the Sam's Club Pharmacy and see for yourself! It's a very pleasant surprise! The private room for vaccinations is clean and the pharmacist explains everything. If meds have to be ordered (like mine did) you'll get a text when they're filled.Sam's also provides its own discount program making many scripts $1. It also double and triple checks it's program against your insurance as well as any discount cards like Gold Rx. Then they take the least expensive. If any are extremely high priced (like one of mine was) they'll even discuss where other pharmacies may have it for less.Now, I realize this is a Very Big Box store but believe me when I say the Brunswick Sam's Club Pharmacy operates like a hometown operation!

I love this location here i’m brunswick ga! The guys are always so nice & so helpful. I’ve had 2 emergency’s and they took me right in and had me back going. Thanks so much to a GREAT staff in the sams tire and battery center. Only complaint I have is that a call center answers all calls and it’s so frustrating, can you please put an associate at the desk at all times to answer the calls? Thank you so much GOD bless I give the tire center 10 stars

Sam's club in Brunswick,Ga. seems to carry only their brand members mark in everything !! Wish they would have more of a selection to choose from! I like some name brands when purchasing foods and household items. Limited at this store! Frequentiy out of stock every week!!

We sere staying nearby and had to stop for fuel before heading out. Their fuel prices were amazing. $.15 a gallon less than the station across the road. I filled up so it took some time, so I had a nice conversation with the attendant. He's an ex-truck driver so he had some interesting stories to tell.

Experienced a flat tire on our rental car - called the shop here, they picked up the phone on Super Bowl Sunday, unlike the nearby Firestone. They had the tire we needed, and they had it installed and ready in less than an hour after the tow truck got us there. Thanks, guys

Gas is reasonably priced and the attendant was very helpful. It is a clean and safe location. I needed air in my tires and they took real good care of me. They were quick, accurate, and friendly. They helped me out in a jam and I'd shop here anytime.

Just went in and asked if they could put a plug in my tire. Guy stated no we are too busy right now. Not a single car in the garage saw 3 guys in there not doing anything and one playing on his phone. Too busy?

As I shopped last night, September 9, 2022, I witnessed several employees standing in aisles, blocking the way for paying customers, and chitchatting. I overheard one conversation about how bad they dislike their job. I was able to overhear this conversation because they were blocking the aisle and I couldn’t get by. Then after checking myself out, the line to get out the door was backed up to the registers. This has become the norm here. If there are employees standing around grumbling about their jobs, there should be enough employees to man the doors. Customers should not have to wait in line to get out of the store!
