Poorly put together, if put together at all, cheap furniture that is sold at an exorbitant price. However it was a way to get furniture in the house quickly. I would never do this again and I would not recommend this to a friend

Mr Wayne was excellent and very patient he did everything to satisfy his customers and Ashley was very great and helpful did everything to make the day of shopping for furniture very successful

This is a great place!!! Great people who are very helpful and they also can be so funny at times. The staff Wayne, Ashley, Tasha and Norman are all so sweet. I tell everyone about Rent A Center and the great people there!!! If they don't have something you need they will track it down for you. I have been a customer twith them for over 30 years and I do have to say the team they have up there is the best team I've ever seen. Great work you all!!! Thank you for everything ❤️.

Second rental purchase 2eashers and dryers was told they would be cleaned before arriving to my location .This was not the case disgusting dryer having to clean it out myself also had to clean the washer! As a business owner my word is everything I’m very disappointed and the delivery preppie show up unprepared this is the second time this has happened also! If it wasn’t cleaned how can I be sure it was serviced ?Not happyI have pictures of all the debri that came out of this dryer I can’t upload it

Let me start off by recognizing Mr. Wayne G. This would rate the best experience I've had with customer service. He went out of his way to help me decide on which dryer I needed and helped get it delivered the same day. He brought it to my house himself. He was knowledgeable on the products they provide and it was a quick and hassle free transaction. This is store manager material if I've ever seen it. Hold on to this gentleman.

Yes we all know DEZARAY THE MANGER IS VERY RUDE BUT.... BUT I THINK IT'S BECAUSE THE CUSTOMERS HAVE TRY EVERY TRICK KNOW TO MAN TO DEVERT PAYMENT.SO AT THAT POINT SHE HAD 2 STEP UP HER GAME??????? YA FEEL ME CUZ OF THE DEAD BEAT CUSTOMERS
