Came in with a couple of people ahead of me and was told the wait might be an hour… receptionist was nice and talkative and after about 30 mins my car was done and waiting at the front door, fast and friendly staff!!Service: Oil change

My intention is not to bash the company, just giving my experience. And I'm sure there are others that have had great experiences here. I got my oil changed and my tires rotated and balanced. After getting over the shock of how much that cost, I walked out and got in my truck. While sitting there, an employee backed into the side of my truck. It was an accident, and I wasn't mad at the employee. What bothered me was the fact that no one from the dealership ever came out to check on their employee, or me. That tells me all I need to know about this place. If they show no more concern for a coworker/employee...they definitely don't care about a customer. Not a place I'll support or do business with again. And again, this is just my experience.
