My experience with Publix has never been a disappointment but when I over looked an item twice I ask a nice handsome young man name salomon came to my rescue… he was very helpful and respectful helping me with the item I was looking for thank you so much for your awesome customer service!!!

Horrible customer service. Went through checkout and an item would not ring up the lady took the item said she could not help me because I didn’t know the exact price and walked away with it. If you work there shouldn’t you be able to figure out the price and why it’s not in the system?

OMG! I ordered the chicken tender sandwich and the lady who made it was struggling. She put so much meat on it that it was impossible to close. She tried to cut it so my part would be separate from my daughter half and Jesus Take the Wheel, she ended up making three separate sandwiches because of that. I'm not sure when she started but she does Not need to be on the sandwich station. She might be better with slicing meat and cheese but definitely not sandwich making. Aside from that, I spent more than I anticipated, per usual.
