Had a vehicle in for repair last year due to rear collision. Vehicle was in shop for almost 2 months. I had to keep calling for updates. I was always told I would be a called back by a certain date but never did. I always had to initiate contact. Once I got my vehicle back there were cosmetic issues such as dirty/greasy spots that were not cleaned properly inside car, wrong tinting on replacement rear window, as well as tape still on edges of the rear window that were never removed after placement. After a week or two of having my vehicle back, my rear wheel bearing started to go bad. This should have been replaced due to a rear end collision but I had to pay out of pocket for this repair. Terrible service.

I went there because my front bumper on my car got detached when I was backing out of a parking space at another location. The gentleman at the front desk came out to take a look and called one of his employees, He told him what to do and I went to wait in the lobby. About 30 minutes later my bumper was repaired and when I asked what was the charge, I was told nothing. I was shocked and surprised. I could not thank them enough. They will definitely get my business if I need auto body work done on my vehicle. They are totally awesome. Five stars and thumbs up from me. John Taylor
