Took my fleet vehicle in for service and repairs. Michelle listened to all of my concerns and took the time to explain exactly what they were going to address, in numerical order. Truck was ready in less than 48 hours.

Had a code appear for diesel particulate filter. Meanwhile I received a recall letter from FCA pertaining to the recall. Made an appointment that took a month to get my truck in. They had my truck for 12 days. They were back and forth with me via texts 3 times saying part was covered, not covered. Was told to come get the truck and did. The invoice they gave me states the repair was covered via Rick the service manager but in the end nothing was done. I currently have an open case with FCA regarding this. Funny thing is the case was opened on 7/31 and the email states I'd receive a reply in 24-48 hours. To date 8/12 I've not received a reply back. Nothing fixed and I'm out $710.00 for a rental truck because they couldn't provide a loner vehicle. I took note also after driving off the lot my truck was making an unfamiliar exhaust sound now. I'll have to investigate this. People need to be aware as it seems vehicles are possible being tampered with while at dealerships to get customers to come back for more "repair" work. Case was closed with no resolve. Was told can re-open case in 14 days which I will.

My latest experience with Service Department at Vaden CDJR was much better than my first. My service advisor was excellent. Mike Tade went out of his way to ensure everything was taken care of.

Easy process and a great sales team! Our purchase was the easiest I have ever been a part of. Our sales woman was Kella and from the word GO she was on top of everything. No matter the question or concern, when I called or messaged she had a prompt response and kept a professionalism that was second to none during the entire process (something you don't always get when at car dealerships). She has definitely earned a lifetime customer! Everyone we came in contact with were friendly, talkative and complementary of each other.

Not happy at all about the way I was handled at the service department. I was given an appointment that was 3 months from the date I called which was ridiculous and I brought my vehicle at the assigned time given. The appointment was for my A/C console to be replaced because I can turn on everything such as a/c, seat warmers and air vent locations but I cannot turn them off and the whole car has to be turned off to turn seat warmers off. I’m close to my 60,000 mile warranty so I needed to go ahead and have it replaced. After 2 hours of my vehicle being there I received a text message from Deanna in service stating this….”Hello, This is Deanna from the Hyundai Dealership. I tried to call you but call wouldn't ring. The technician found the a/c control cluster is internal shortage. Unfortunately this is not a warranty coverage. something has spilled into the control cluster, that had caused the damage. Anything caused damaged is not covered. The total to replace is $1,065.” So after I called the warranty people I was told that it is covered and that they never received any request for the replacement. I called Deanna back for her to explain why the request wasn’t sent to warranty department to let them decide and she said it was because I had to have poured something into the controls because moisture inside the console is causing it to short which means that I had to have done it and it won’t be covered because I could have damaged it. Why or how would i have poured something inside the console to cause a short. With the humidity outside mixed with turning the a/c on, it can cause moisture or dew inside the whole vehicle including behind that console. I don’t appreciate being blamed for something I had no way of doing and wouldn’t know how to do that to my almost $40,000 vehicle. I pay too much money for the car and extra warranties to not be able to use them!!!! I will not deal with them again and will have to just make the drive to Savannah or Jacksonville dealership to up keep maintenance on my car! Here is a picture of my console, so please tell my how I can pour fluids into it! I am pissed and have never heard of this foolishness before!

Wasn’t too happy coming here. Had 3 trucks to look at only two were there. One had 2 check engine lights and a recall and the other had a check engine light for the def system. They didn’t seem sure what the issue was and couldn’t seem to really know. The young lady I dealt with was nice. Unfortunately the 2nd truck was just washed and shined over dirt and the 120 point inspection they claimed showed both filters hadn’t been changed while I was there and weren’t on the other. So it seemed no inspection was done. Sold off auction and thrown on the lot. And they wanted the price of a truck without engine light and wouldn’t fix it unless I bought it and got an extended warranty. Disappointed after driving an hour and a half out of state for this. Will not return to any Vaden owned dealerships. And was told if I wanted it fixed after I got the warranty they knew a guy who knows a guy who can fix it. I thought this was a major dealer unfortunately it wasn’t the one for me. I’d stick to Savannah or Atlanta because had I bought that truck I may not of gotten home.

The dodger dealer ship in Brunswick Ga. Is the worst place place to buy or have your vehicle serviced: I took my 2020 dodge Durango RT there for a factory warranty service. The vehicle was under 60,000 miles. We was told by the warranty department that everything was covered. The vehicle was running hot. It was already diagnosed and pre-approved to be fixed but in order to have the warranty added it had to be from a Dodge dealership. first of all, the lady that was assisting me Name was
Deanna smith ? She is not a peoples person. She will not listen at the complaint because evidently she knows everything after I showed her the preapprovals. She still trying to me for a diagnosis which was covered through the warranty. I took my vehicle under 60,000 miles on it. They told me that it was normal for a test drive For the mechanic to drive the vehicle 40 miles over the warranty now I have engine lights on my vehicle They said I want to know what the lights are for. I have to pay another $187 for another Diagnostic my car is still not fixed. I spoke with the service manager he clearly. was a racist sorry to say, but it is what it is. He informed me that he been working there for a very long time. He was telling me all the work that they done to my vehicle, but I informed him that it was still not fixed I waited in the parking lot by my vehicle for over two hours. It ran hot and I looked for someone. Which they told me to do contact someone when it runs, but they couldn’t stay out there to watch my vehicle, which I understand They are busy but after Deanna spoke to me and could not admit that she was wrong She said, take your car and leave which I did after being yelled at by the service manager this dealership is horrible. We have always had issues here, but we all have Dodge vehicles. This is a problem I like Dodge, but if I can’t get no from the one in my hometown, I might switch to Chevy? Someone please help

They first stated that they were 3 days behind AFTER I made it to my appointment early and then they didn’t take my warranty insurance (bought from JEEP), then they didn't have a vehicle for me to drive while mine was being worked on then just told me to take it where I bought it. I do have aftermarket parts on my truck - The service lady that called me and that I was speaking to was very nice but come on….I didn’t want to drive to Jax!
