While staying at Costal GA rv park we experienced a problem with the a/c in our rv. It was very hot and we needed a/c so Butch the owner of Newcastle was recommended to us. We arrived without an appointment but Butch took us right in and found the problem and had it fixed in no time. We highly recommend Butch and his business as he is not only knowledgeable but kind and caring!!

Let me tell you, I was at my wit's end with RV service! I had a terrible experience with Barry Strickland RV service. They installed a faulty air conditioning unit that messed up my generator, and then charged me $2500 – which they never refunded – even though it went through my extended warranty!

We were on the road in our motorhome from Cincinnati and our water heater wasn’t working. We stopped in, and Butch took his testers and gave us a free diagnosis which was just some loose wires that my husband will be able to fix on his own. That was truly a blessing.

I had a busted water-filter bowl that needed to be replaced on my 2017 Thor Outlaw toy hauler RV. I searched high and low, for a comparable part, without success…Finally I contacted Newcastle RV via internet inquiry. Butch Wilder, owner of Newcastle responded and recommended to come by so he can see the part. Unfortunately he didn’t have this particular one on stock but immediately started his search and informed my wife and I that he found one and we will have it next day. And Butch delivered! Promptly, when he got the part he called us and we picked it up. In addition he gave us (free of charge!!) a couple of fittings and a piece of flexible tube so we could bypass the filter for an interim solution. It goes without saying that I have enjoyed working with Newcastle! Their “old fashioned” customer service is outstanding!! I highly recommend Butch and his company!!
