Im a trucker out of north carolina and staying at the Hampton inn with a broken u joint and no way to go until I can fix it! Napa has the part and on may 15th at closing time I offered the guy I was talking to $100 to drop the Part off to me on his way home and he wouldn't so this morning I call at 7am sharp and Andrew answered to phone and I wanted to get it delivered to me at the Hampton inn 7 miles away and now they don't deliver to places like this! Ridiculous

As I was driving from Cincinnati to Daytona yesterday, my tensioner pulley self-destructed and caused both of my belts to come off and also destruct. I bedded down for the night as everything was closed but made an order to these guys for two belts and a tensioner. I got here in the early morning while it was still cold outside (because I had no coolant, or anything else for that matter) running off of strictly battery power. Upon 7am, I met with this amazing crew and they informed me that they won’t get my tensioner until after 12:00. They allowed me to hang out, ask questions, and they even took me to get lunch while I waited on my tensioner!Ps. If you need Milwaukee products, this is the place to go in southern Georgia. They have all the Milwaukee products. ??

My family was stranded, with a blown tire heading back home to N.C and we desperately needed assistance. The hospitality shown from this establishment was out of this world. We are so blessed to have come across this NAPA! Thank you for getting us home! And helping fix our tire. It was pass their closing time and they still made sure we successfully got our car back on the road. Huge shoutout to (Mike) who lend us all the supplies we need.
