My journey to Nalley GMC started with viewing my dream vehicle on their website. The dream came true on 5/22/24. I talked with Terrance Holmes about three or four times before I traveled the 200 miles to secure the deal. His professionalism an attention to details made my my purchase smooth and extremely easy. My wife and I both agreed that this was the quickest purchase at a dealership that we have ever experienced. Terrance guided us into the parking lot and helped us get our property out of out trade in vehicle. His courtesy and service was above reproach. After learning that the headphones were missing from the vehicle entertainment system in the rear seats, he made sure that some new ones were promptly delivered to our home. This type of customer service is why I have taken the time to recommend this dealership and suggest to all who reads, ask for Terrance. And for those who want to know, the vehicle purchase was the 2023 Yukon Denali Ultimate(Durmax). It should be noted that Grant Powers played viable role in sealing the deal. These two gentlemen performance before, during, and after the sale is the reason why Nalley GMC will have a lifelong relationship with me, my family, and friends. I look forward to sending all of my friends and family to Nalley!

I bought my car here back in 2022 and while I love my car, it was definitely over priced but that was the market then. So i really can't get too upset about a company just living it's best capitalist life. I bought the car though and the AC didn't work properly so I brought it back in twice to have them fix it within a few days of purchasing the car. I spent hours waiting someone to help me each time and they never fixed the issue and just kept saying that this AC was working even it very obviously only worked when the car was moving. About 3 months after I bought the car the weather stripping was completely shot and the rear window tint was warped and wrinkled to a point of I think it's noteworthy here. I have almost invested an additional $1500 in fixing the AC properly. So while the team there was very nice, it was just another car salesman making his money. I don't believe they actually did anything to check the AC on my car either, I think they just recharged it and ignored the fact that the compressor was completely shot. So thanks for the car Nally and the lesson on not doing business with ya'll.

My husband and I were driving from Florida to New Jersey towing our boat. Our motor seized up and our truck was towed to Nally GMC.
Ashley the service manager was the most accommodating professional we have ever dealt with. She had no loaner vehicles available but had one of her associates pick us up, take us shopping and back and forth to the dealership. She eventually loaned us the test vehicle and a new motor was installed in 3 days.
To add Ashley did not only give us a great restaurant recommendation, she called the owner of the restaurant to let him know we were coming in.
Finally 3 days after we got home we received a call from Ashley making sure we made it home and everything was good with the truck.
I can’t say enough. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

We are from Niagara Falls Canada, we were traveling to Jekyll Island and then Florida when we had an engine light come on, while on the I 95, pulled off and the car was running rough. We pulled into Brunswick and stopped at the first Dealership we saw which was Nalley. They took us in no appointment, diagnosed the problem and completed the job. Our Buick ran great afterwards, made it to Fla and back to Canada without an issue, Thanks Nalley for helping us continue our trip, I would highly recommend them for service.
