The entire experience that my wife and I had with Mike Murphy Kia of Brunswick was by far the best that we have had at a car dealership..although that might be the wrong word..more like family. Mark Nolden is a true asset to the dealership, and have and will continue to recommend him to anyone I meet or know that is interested in purchasing a new vehicle

Everyone at this dealership especially our salesman Nate Brown, were so friendly and helpful. We had a bad experience at another dealership and came to Lou Sobh Kia and it was like a breath of fresh air. They got us a great price on a new Sportage and we absolutely love it.

I went in for my first oil change on my new k5. went smoothly and all was good until 2 days afterwards. I had gone to get in my car and noticed a huge leak, which appeared to come from under my car. Upon further notice, the oil drain cap (with a singular and easy twist) came completely off. I had tested how much oil I had left and there wasn’t a drop left. So after spending $100 for an oil change, they had forgotten to simply tighten the cap resulting in me having to find a way to get an entire tank of oil. I am very lucky that I caught it when I did and did not drive with no oil. It could have been worse but for a simple oil change, you’d expect no problems.

WASTE OF TIME.
i was upfront with them about everything. They told me i would qualify that wasn’t an issue. 4 HOURS and 80$ (for my mechanic to look at it) later they tell me that i don’t qualify. He told me **k….deal right? So i get my mechanic…after i got it inspected he told me he couldn’t do it for that price. Waste of $.They are very manipulative.
