No one answers the phone. Don't order any appliances here because no one will help you. They take your money but they do not follow up. If I could give negative stars, I would. Awful company.

2 hours before closing and the place is down to self checkout and the 1 contractor register, customers backed up at both. Why can't they open more registers just before closing? I know everything seems to be going to self checkout but customer service should be considered.

Also found a corporate representative that handles the other floor I'm design and redesigned apparently and they were kind enough to actually stop doing what they were doing listen to me fuss about another store and also help me pick out a new generator they didn't have the generator but he still help me pick one out I'm going to order it online today thanks for your help.leadfootinkLLC. - cuz we can do it quicker . I went to the Brunswick, GA store the morning of 7/7/2022 looking for a piece of damaged (discounted) plywood in any sie for a church project which just needed a little piece. A young black attendant who was extremely courteous toldme he just put several sheets of damaged plywood on the curb and they should be 90% discounted. I found them on a cart with unuseably damaged sheetrock and broken beams, but the plywood was readily obtainable. I was told to see the manager. On speaking with the manager, Monica (possibly Marion) she curtly told me I would have to purchase the entire cart at 90% off. I politely told her I was a Pro customer and asked if she could help me out with just a piece of damaged plywood. She took a poor attitude and just dismissed me. I asked what the price of the whole cart was and she said it wasn't priced yet but would have someone do it. She removed a cashier from an already going under checkout area to do the chore. I returned in 20 minutes and the cashier had been pulled off the task which was still unpriced. The manager just kept walking away from me. The young attendant who observed my mistreatment motioned me and said he found another piece of damaged plywood. I took it to he register and the manager would not give me the full discount despite the item being in much worse condition (entire corner cracked and splinted) than those on the damage cart, That manager (Monica) was about as indignant as an employee can get and I don't know how she maintains her employment unless you have lowered your standards. I put my cart aside and left the store for Home Depot where they had several purple marked (damaged) plywood pieces and gladly sold me one at 70% discount. You will not be seeing me at that Lowes Pro desk in the near future.

Customer service stinks! Waited 15 minutes and 3 pages for help in tools and no one ever showed up. Same in lumber. Home Depot got my business this day!

The service is fun. They don't act like robots. They act like people that enjoy their job. They make you laugh and they are helpful. Everyone has been great and they have a nice selection of products. It's actually relaxing to walk around the store. Love the patio furniture and flowers

Delivery process was not good, lost two days waiting for them to complete my deliver. Next appliance I will purchase it with a local owned business, it looks like they are more accurate with their delivery.

I bought a gas stove from Lowe's on March 16, 2021. Paid for it and left the store for my Grandson to pick it up. Bait and switch. The store loaded a display stove instead of the one I bought. Now it is late October and the manager says it's too bad! It took me from March 17 until Sept to catch the Manager. We will see what they say in Small Claims Court. I was a POW in Vietnam and the store refused to give me even a Military discount!

Two horrible recent experiences with the Brunswick Lowe's. The guys who delivered the refrigerator were not able to install it. They had to come back install it and then take away the old broken one. So we had no refrigerator for five days. I ordered a washer and dryer, they did not have the dryer and tried to deliver Two washers. I reordered a different set and was to,d the old order was cancelled. They tried to deliver the two washers again today. Kelly in customer service told me they were too busy to help me and would call back. I asked to have this dealt with immediately she put me on a 20 minute hold and never came back. I called back and asked for a manager. John came on the phone, he was very rude. He won't issue me a refund until the washers are back in the store (which they were yesterday before they tried to deliver them again) Do not use this Lowe's. They do not know the meaning of customer service. You will get nothing but a run around. I am paying off my Lowe's card and cutting it up.

If I could I would rate the Brunswick Lowe's ZERO. Very poor Customer service. Left messages for the store manager to call concerning an appliance that was purchased and quit working after 2 weeks. No response after several attempts. DO NOT shop this store!!

There was only one cashier working. She was on a customer for 20 minutes. There were 3 self checkouts but did not take cash. There 4 workers in customer service talking to one customer. A customer finally had to yell to customer service to open another cashier line up. This was awful and shows lack of management.

January 7 3pm. Took half a day off of work for the measurement. 3:30: no show. Called the store. Was told they will call me tonight or tomorrow morning. Told them I'm not waiting until tomorrow. Have them call me. 5:20: still waiting to see if the measure plans to show up or call. January 8 10:33am finally heard from the measurer, but I was at work. So he left a message saying he could do a measure from 7-3pm on 1/9 11:47am i returned his call and told him I work 1/9 all day. But I am available Friday morning. Waiting for January 9 5:32pm finally made contact with the measurer. He planned to measure January 10, but by then I had already taken the advice of another Lowe's employee that recommended COASTAL GUTTERS over Lowe's! Go figure. COASTAL GUTTERS came to measure the next day and are installing in 10 days! (Would have been sooner but I wasn't available). Called Lowe's and told them I'm going with another company. He said, he hopes it wasn't due to the delay in measure. Well if you se reading this, it is due to the delay and the recommendation of your own employees. Will review on Coastal Gutters after 1/20/2020

We ordered two custom Pella windows and one custom Pella door. They are the Pella dealer in this area. Every last thing went wrong with this order. The door and two windows were almost $15,000 and they were ordered incorrectly twice, took twice as long as promised (after each incorrect order) installed poorly, and still have many issues. We finally had to hire someone else altogether to fix all of the problems. DO NOT ORDER WINDOWS OR DOORS THROUGH LOWES. This Lowe's is simply awful, in every way. Too bad I can't give them zero stars. They are unworthy of even one.

DON'T SHOP HERE. This store is ridiculous. We just moved to this area and Lowes WAS our go to store back home. The customer service is beyond BAD. Nobody cares to help anyone or inconvenience themselves in any way. We couldn't get answers on the phone so had to drive to the store...where we also got no answers. Nobody bothered to prepare our online order and nobody could tell us why so we had to go get the item off of the shelf and hope that they would not charge us until we picked the item up. We finally get the Christmas tree we thought was brand-new home...The base to the tree is missing so most likely a return and nobody bothered to check the box. Either management continually hires people who do not care about customer service or they treat their employees poorly. I have never seen anything like it.
