Very professional. I had a problem with the original hardware after they finished. I called and they came right away, fixed me up with temporary hardware until the replacement arrived. A few days later they returned with the new hardware and installed. Great customer service!

Amazing customer service. Needed my bathroom mirror cut 4 inches shorter to fit between my new vanity and existing light fixture. They had me finished in less then 15 min!!!

So I was moving my mother's china cabinet and broke two of the glass shelves along with dishes. I called and christin was very helpful. When I got there she and Missy was very service curtious in all reguards. Not to mention the turn around time was quick. I appreciate everything and I live in atlanta but I be back to do more business for my home. Thank you team! Until next time!

Contacted them about a problem with a window of ours and they were out very quickly and fixed it very fast on the same visit! This is despite a hurricane brushing the area the day before. Highly recommend and will be contacting them again with any other issues we have! Thanks again Keith!

Lee and Cates installed our glass shower doors six years ago. The doors are still as beautiful and perfectly crafted as when they were put into place. We just had the need to replace the plastic guards at the bottom of each door, so we called on them to see if they could handle it. They were just as happy to help us with this small job as they were with the original installation. If you need quality materials and installation as well as pleasant and cheerful service, you need look no further!

Years ago, when we built our house, Lee and Cates provided the glass for our custom shower in the master bath. They did a great job and it still looks good today.A couple years ago, I had a friend from Asheville, passing thru on his way to Florida. His drivers side window would not roll back up and he asked me where to go to get it fixed. I sent him to Lee and Cates. He later told me that he went there and they fixed his window quickly and free of charge.Today, I called and asked for "that plastic thing on the bottom of the shower door that keeps the water inside". (It's called a 'shower sweep' as I now know). It was a custom cut that was ready for me on the counter when I showed up 2 hours later.These people are courteous, professional and honest. In 20 years, I've only had a positive experience. If it has to do with glass, check out Lee and Cates first ~ it's one and done.
