Decided to drive to the facility (per voice message, you don’t have to make an appt) not knowing what to expect or if I’d be turned away. I arrived during lunch and decided to stick around. Glad I did. The kiosk was easy to use. I was seen within 5 mins of signing in. Had to use the restroom. Grateful staff checked before I did. It was part of the requested lab work. I also have small veins, and the Phlebotomist only stuck me once!!! Yes! Easy in-Easy out!

I don't understand the bad reviews at all. It was the best labcorp I've been to, and I've visited many around the country. I didn't have an appointment scheduled. I just walked in. I was pleasantly greeted by the girls behind the desk. Check-in was a breeze with the machine that scanned my cards. Anaka took some extra info, and I went right back into the room.Anaka also drew my blood, which was painless. All three girls there said to have a good weekend, and I was on my way. In and out in 10 minutes. Many thanks

I had an appointment and the technician came right after I sat down. She found a vein on the first try(which is highly unusual) and I was out the door. Best experience ever!

Had labs done today and it was horrible. Vial after vial she kept moving my hand to grab the next vial and the needle would bite. When I was done I immediately felt faint and nauseous. I broke out into a cold sweat and had to sit in the waiting room until I recovered and not one employee asked if I was ok.

Convenient and fast. The care team is friendly and helpful. The check-in procedure is by kiosk and is easy to complete.

Always polite and helpful…usually busy but work through their customers as quickly as possible.

Absolutely horrible customer service over the phone. Just called and requested information regarding an order form and online portal. The lady was huffing and puffing and extremely sarcastic as I asked my three questions.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. My daughter needed blood work done, and while I wasn’t too thrilled to go here we had no choice since her Medicaid covered this and we are back and forth with doctors in Savannah and cannot pay out of pocket for blood work in the hospital, I asked multiple times if they had the proper info to send her blood work to, they reassured me they did. In fact they did NOT. They didn’t even send her blood work at all. I called to double check because nobody seems to take their job seriously over there, when I walked up the front counter girl was too concerned with Uber to help me. Was NOT very welcoming or nice at all, the only friendly person was the woman who drew my daughters blood. They need to be replaced and or trained property on how to handle people because I am NOT pleased at ALL. I will be following up with the supervisor as this is unacceptable behavior and way of doing things in a MEDICAL FACILITY.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I had an appointment at 3:30 today 6-29-23 for an employee drug screening so I could move to a work from home position. I arrived at 3:38 which yes I understand is late. But I drove an hour to get there after getting off work because the town I live in doesn't have a location to get that done at. Instead of being understanding and sympathetic to the situation. I was told and I quote "we shut the machine down at 3:30. You're late." I again explained the situation and apologized to be told "well you should have been on time. The machine is shut down. We can't do it." Is that what is considered patient care and customer service these days? This place is a joke as a LabCorp sight. I have been to many others before moving to south Georgia and have never ever been treated that way. Also if my appointment was at 3:30 why would you shut it down at 3:30? I mean give it a few minutes traffic can get rough and that's not in the patients control.

Negative review is for the check-in process. Check-in is very disorganized. They use a self check-in kiosk, which many people can't figure out how to use, and they go back and forth between the kiosk and the front desk. You are in line waiting to check-in for 20+ minutes due to this.

Extremely rude staff. Takes a long time to get things processed even when it isn’t busy. The staff members do not communicate with you and act extremely annoyed when you need to communicate with them. Unfortunately, there are not many other alternatives in town.

Go to QUEST Diagnostics instead of LabCorp. The front desk staff is curt, dismissive and rude. The actual Lab Techs are friendly. Went there recently for a urine test for my daughter, after we left they told our DR. they didn't do the test because there wasn't enough specimen. Why didn't they say something while we were there? This test was for a UTI, Dr. needed the results quickly to get the antibiotic started quickly. Waste of time. Inefficient. Poorly managed. Not the first time we've had issues there.

I've been here two times, each for a pre employment drug screen. I was familiar with the kiosk check in from the first time. The receptionist was neutral...not welcoming and not unwelcoming. The lab tech was very nice, welcoming and professional. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Wow. My first and last time at LabCorp! Patients are treated as numbers. Staff has zero "personality". "Get 'em in and get 'em out" should be their motto. Technician was very skilled at drawing blood, but acted like I wasn't even there. She would only speak if spoken to. I felt invisible and like I was interfering with her life. It's like an assembly line factory. Check-in is automated at a kiosk in the lobby, but no one available to explain how it works. It was like being in Zombie Land. Staff development urgently needed: Patient Care 101!
