I had a recall on a truck and called the recall number on the mail and gave her my information. She called several times to this dealership and left messages and couldn't get a response back. I called later on and spoke to someone about it and was told no one had called up there. So yet again I repeat the process of giving them my information and Vin number and was told it would be over 2 weeks for the airbags to come in and that I would be notified when they can in. Was never called and gave them my information to ask if the air bags had finally shown up was told my information was never in the system to begin with. The guy I talked to said he could transfer me over to service to give her my information and the phone was ringing and then they hung up on me. I have never used this dealership and would not recommend it to anyone. It's beyond Frustrating wasting my time dealing with them with something Important and they could care less about my safety and to do their job. Find somewhere else.

Kings Colonial was the first place I went to and I spoke to Joe. Joe is extremely helpful and showed me multiple vehicles that fit my requirements.
Long story short, I bought my vehicle from Kings Colonial. I did go to their competitors to compare but was not impressed compared to Kings Colonial.
If you're in the market for a vehicle, go talk to Joe Yagel at Kings Colonial Ford.

Needing some new cowls for my hood/windshield washer outlets, and never wanting aftermarket if I can help it, I went by KCF for some parts for my 19 Ford F150 bought from Chip Anderson at KCF in 2019. I met up with Rob King, Jr. in parts I asked him if I could show him the cowls on my truck that needed replacement, versus looking it up on the parts breakdown and he said, "sure" and we walked to the truck. He got the VIN and told me what parts we'd need to order. He gave me a short explanation of how they are replaced. He advised it that overall, the job should not be too difficult for retired police chief who knows boats and Mercury and Yamaha outboards to tackle...lol. Within 24 hours, I had the parts, and changed them out and the OEM/Ford fit & finish was perfect! This is customer service folks and the reason you buy OEM from local folks face-to-face and not unseen online! Kudos to Rob! Take note of good feedback on your folks Richard. Thanks a heap!

Yesterday (07-02-24) was my first oil change and tire rotation on a recently purchased Ford Explorer. From the first phone call to schedule, to the time I walked out the door, I was impressed. I’ve, in the past, had horrible experiences with other dealerships. Not Kings Colonial! The ladies were all kind and respectful, over the phone and in person. I was in and out within 45 minutes. They even offered pick up and delivery. To top it all off, I had enough Ford Pass points that I didn’t have to pay!! Thank you to the ladies that took care of me and the techs that done the work. You are appreciated! This is how service is supposed to be!!!
