This place saved me when I was in a terrible spot!! My two front tires were shredded. I didn't have an appointment, but Kayla and her team told me in advance that if I would wait 4 1/2 hours, they would take care of me, and they did. They even patched my back tire that had a screw in it. They are reasonably priced, and I was very grateful that they took care of me and got me back on the road safely. Thank you, Kayla, for fitting me in when I was afraid to drive my car. Mavis Tires & Brakes is the best.

Worst tire center in the city. Made an appt for 10am just for a tire rotation. After 3.5hrs of sitting and my truck sitting in the bay for over an hour, I told them to give me my truck back (with no work performed) and I left. They are double booking appointments and the customer suffers. I have never spent less than 3 hours in this store.

Major screw up on my reservation. Jerk who tried to claim responsibility ended up accusing me of lying about my reservation and told me I had to wait for 3 hours! Walked out and will never go back???

These guys are the best! They’re very friendly and helpful! My cars problem was taken care of pretty quickly considering how busy they were. My poor car is (way) overdue for all the TLC and maintenance mainly bc I had no idea where to take it other than the dealership. And I would rather do the work myself and take the risk of a fiery death than to deal with them again. I’m so glad I found Mavis Tires & Brakes & I’m def going to them from now on!

Mavis replaced my trailer tire valve stem, no charge! Our family uses them and we always have a good experience! Friendly, knowledgeable and quick! Good people!

We had a flat tire and tried to get back home to Florida. The staff was professional and courteous and was able to fix the tire and had us on the road in no time. Thank you. The walmart that was close by was no help. Thanks again

If I could give this location 5 more stars I would!! Coming home from a 12 hour car ride, we blew a tire.. I called and was told a 2-3 hour wait… we dropped off our tire, went to dinner next door and they had my new tire on and ready to go within 45 minutes.. best customer service. We were prepared to wait the timeframe with our young children. I can’t thank them enough!!!!
