I wish I didn't have to give it ONE star!!! I went in to look for some shoes for my child and a worker with large thick locs was in a very LOUD dispute with another young gentleman about PLAYING BASKETBALL, using RACIAL SLURS and being VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL only to find out the the other gentleman was an EMPLOYEE too. There was a young lady who was also working and she was the ONLY one that greeted me while these two employees were still going back and forth about who can't play ball and how some other guy dunked on him. I actually thought they were going to get physical because of how LOUD the young man was becoming. I don't know who the store manager is but this is absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL and ridiculous business ethics.

Bought a pair of Jordans from there Brunswick Ga store that turn out to be fake. My daughter has had them a couple year now. She has 15 pair so she barely wears them. About a week ago we notice the the Nike check on the Jordan 1s thread starting to come apart. Beware of these people because if you are a collector it will be to late when you catch the fake to return it.

Online experience was horrible! PayPal transaction issues so i was charged but no order # produced. I had to call to see what happened. CSR’s are not very knowledgeable. Finally was able to speak with a supervisor and issued a refund, placed the order with her again. Out of $226 until my refund came in 3-5 business days. Was told i would get another refund as an appeasement for the shipping and another 10% off (18.95) should have been 2-3 days for it to come. Day 4 and 5 called multiple times trying to se what happened, finally spoke to a different supervisor who processed the $18.95 credit and said it would be another 2-3 days before showing up. Hoping for the best and to not have to call again to deal with unknowledgeable CSR’s! I will never order from JimmyJazz again.
