Why you should take these reviews with a grain of salt. Two and a half weeks ago I stopped by Jeff's and asked about a transmission fluid change, got the skinny and told Jeff I'd call later to confirm a day. When I got home and able to ask my neighbor about a ride while I left my truck I called and set up a date that was 2-1/2 weeks out. The date Jeff gave me, both at the shop and over the phone was a Saturday. I called today, Friday the day prior, to ask about dropping off and was told he wouldn't be there and didn't work Saturdays. "I must have told you the wrong day". There was no attempt to reschedule nor apology. If he doesn't work Saturdays then he needs to change the hours on his web site.

Jeff was a reasonable man who looked at my transmission and quickly figured out my issue. explained it I'm terms I could understand and has set a date to fix the problems. the prices are incredibly affordable (for car repair service standard) and the environment was friendly. "the vibe is right" here. Highly recommend and will return for all other service needs ??

Jeff was great. The problem we had was very unexpected and my daughter had to return home to Florida. Jeff was able to fit us in, took the time to explain everything, and got her on the way. Would recommend this company to anyone and we will definitely use again.

Jeff and his team are experts at transmission repair or replacement on any vehicle. And they absolutely will not over charge you. I have a 2017 Maxima. We were traveling from NJ to Fla Keys. Trans went in Georgia. We went to 4 different shops in the area one was a Nissan dealer. No could squeeze us in. The dealer tried to get us to trade the car in and said the repair was an insane amount to replace the trans, they did a quote and it was insane. So we decided to go to a few other shops just to ask. The car was drivable at slow speeds.We we're going to cancel the trip and we met Jeff at Jeff's transmissions. He gave us a quote and he could not believe what the dealer and the other shop we're going to charge us. He suggested we rent a car enjoy the trip and stop back to see where we are with the car most likely will not be done they have so much work. Ended up flying back to Georgia from NJ 2 weeks after the trip to pick it up. Jeff replaced the trans with a new remanufactured trans. His price was $3000 cheaper that 2 other shops we got quotes from. Car runs beautiful just like Jeff said it would. They are experts at what they do. Their honesty is refreshing to see in the auto industry. Not to mention they are just great guys that take the time to care, hear your story and help you out. He even offered to pick me up at the local airport when the car was done.Service: Transmission repair
