Jack's bailed me out. I was visiting St Simons for the weekend and ran over a curb which destroyed my rear tire. My spare wasn't an option as it wouldn't last the 330 miles back to Roswell. I contacted several tire stores in Brunswick, but no one had my size in stock and the earliest estimated availability was 2 to 3 days into the next week. A friend recommended I call Jack's. Spoke with Jack briefly, and he told me he'd have a tire for me (from Jacksonville) that afternoon. Jack got me back on the road Same Day! I got great, friendly service, and a very fair price. Jack's is the first place to call, even if you aren't in a jam like I was. "Six Stars" in my book.

Prices are very reasonable and service is good. Dropped car off for oil change and tire rotation at 8am. Was ready by 11am. They never try to upsale and it's refreshing.

Jack and his team are amazing. The place is spotless, and the team is friendly and attentive. You can feel they have interest in helping you. They saved us from a bind. My wife was doing a cross-country trip and we didn't realize our tires were in awful shape. The team ordered the tires, installed, and on the road again. I made an appointment 11 days in advance of day set to bring in RV for axle tire tune up so to speak. Called in route. I was 50 minutes away. Jack said come on I had to drive 15 miles to get my RV from storage. Then 50 miles south to his shop. Dropped it where he told me 9 am I said how long. He said 2-3 hours. I was almost an hour from home so I killed 3 hours went back not touched. He said I will get on it shortly. I came back 2.5 hours later. Still not touched. Awful run business. All I got was excuses about mechanics being out. That never came up prior to the 51/2 hour discussion with nothing done. I pulled it out Took it back to storage. Jack will tell you whatever you wAnt to hear then do it or not at his convenience. As I told him when I left this isn't cool and no way to treat customers he made commitments to. I won't be back. Be Leary he seems very nice. FYI. I was very respectful to him Thru the process. I even sired him and I'm sure I am older than him
