I took a tire there for slow air leak, 7/10/23, 8am. the lot and adjacent were jammed with vehicles, maybe 50, awaiting service. perhaps my review is not representative of normal for them, but here it is. everyone congenial throughout. left tire with phone callback number, estimated 30 minute job. 1.5 hours later no callback. went to entry desk was told it was ready, paid $31, went to bay as instructed to get it. no one there. stood around waving my arms someone finally someone came over. tires were in a pile like dominoes, about 10, no discernable id. i found mine, one of two identical, not marked. not fixed. inquiry, could not find leak. tire pro came over instructed worker to pull the old plug and replace it. i went back to entry office, explained, said i was sitting right there in sight, waiting. she said she would let me know. 30 min later, nothing. i went to the bay, found it in the same pile, fixed. front desk not told. still no id on the tire. told to pull my truck in and get it. did so, tire put in back of truck, place so jammed up with vehicles, and tire piles, i was in a slot, another truck in the access lane blocking me, could not get out. back and forth, getting out of my truck trying to see how close to obstructions and other vehicles blocking me, only inches of movement. totally stymied for probably 5 minutes. finally a manager type came over and started guiding me, back and forth repeatedly, moving at a crawl with constant guidance on steering finally got out, inch by inch, without damaging my truck or any other. There was, on this occasion, an egregous lack of oversight on repair process and updating of front desk and contact with the customer. i hope they can fix this.

Had car trouble traveling on interstate 95, thankful we found J \\u0026 J. They were great. Super friendly, very clean waiting area and got us back on the road quicker than we expected just showing up without appointment. The girls at front counter really helped get things moving on our repair and kept us informed.

I was traveling home from Orlando to Ohio and got a flat tire on 95 and within an hour and a half you guys got me safely back on the road. I am so glad to be home and thank you for being part of my journey.

I was over 700 miles from home when first my engine light came on and then blew a tire on a very busy I-95 South. The gentleman that helped change the tire directed me to J&J Tire & Service. it was a busy Friday morning but they found me a tire, got car serviced and engine light off and back on the road!! I can't say enough about the Staff! professional and friendly!! Very thankful for their help and kindness in a stressful situation!

This business absolutely saved my day today. Traveling on I95 and my car decides that engine splash shield should depart from the car and drag the road. I exited, found these folks (at 4PM) - by 5PM they got me out and on my way. Unbelievably great service and I would give them 10 stars if I could

I have been using J and J for years. They are my lifelong tire shop. I have used them at least 50 times for various things. They are a 1st class shop. Yesterday, I explained to the owner that my mom was on a fixed income and really couldn't swing 4 tires. He said since I've used them so much and often that he would do this set of 4 tires for my mom for COST! Who does that? J and J tire is the best shop around.Service: Tires

I needed to get 4 tires that I had bought new installed on my camper. I called and talked to Brian and he was extremely helpful. He gave me options on when they could do it and was very friendly. He got us in within a couple hours and even finished the install early and called me immediately when it was done. The whole thing was very smooth and saved us from wasting a day. I was very thankful and I will go back there again. Thanks Brian and crew for such an easy transaction!!

I'm not sure I'll return. I came to get an alignment after I changed my tie rods and tie rod ends because my steering felt loose. I walked in and told the receptionist I changed them. I waited in the reception area during the entire process.After I got my alignment, I drove home and noticed that my rear driver side tire had smoke coming from the wheel hub. It looked like the smoke was being caused by friction. It wasn't smoking when I arrived, but it was smoking when I got home .I don't know whether that was correlated or just a coincidence. For all I know it could be that I need new brakes. However l, I think there could be a bit more transparency (i.e " while we were doing this, we noticed...), especially considering that I was there the entire time.It wasn't a bad experience, but it seemed that there was an air of indifference. Just a quick word from the gentleman that aligned my vehicle today would have been enough. A quick bit of information as a courtesy. I don't call myself technically savvy, but what I do know is that my vehicle is almost 20 years old.I liked the metal sign and the chair they have in the lobby.Service: Wheel alignment

Took my truck to let them put new tires i ordered through them on ,to get mount,balanced, alignment.. was told truck would be ready next day... got there at 4:30pm to pickup truck(they close at 5pm) , not 1 single old tire had been removed.. then said they wasn't going to do alignment because front end was in terrible shape.. little did they know I'm also very mechanically inclined.. and know that it wasn't messed up..all my valve stem caps were missing,, front right tire had 20psi in it, after I told them it looked low they said its just the way its sitting.. @ 55mph steering wheel shakes like crazy due to improper balancing..BUT I DID GET MY TRUCK BACK AROUND 5PM SAME DAY .. so it only took 30 mins to do it all thats gotta be a new record?..
