Our room was clean however there was mold in the shower and on the ceiling. Pretty disgusting. The attached restaurant was a nice option however we prefer a continental breakfast over restaurant style as we like to get back on the road quickly in the morning. Coffee in the lobby was not available until 6:30am.

Jake at the front desk was very kind and helpful. AC wasn’t cold in the room. Too many hairs on pillow case. Very strong chemical smell in the room. I was told some of the floors had been stripped and waxed it made for a awful night’s sleep.
The Manager in the restaurant needs to smile and learn some hospitality.
Fruit bowl for breakfast had very sour blueberry’s, the excuse was, they weren’t in season. Really?? Then don’t purchase them, How about tasting the food before it comes out!
We travel every weekend and it seems people just don’t give a rip anymore!

This is an older property but reasonably well maintained. The attached restaurant is okay, nothing special. For Holiday Inn rewards members, noye you cannot charge restaurant items to your room and the breakfast voucher is only good for $10 toward your purchase not a free entrée.

Traveling on I-95 and late and night, really just in need of a clean room and a shower. Property has a Steak House built into it so it was a bit more full service than I wanted to spend for my needs. Young man at the desk understood and steered me to their sister property a few doors down with a more moderate price point. Outstanding service!

No one at the front desk when we came in to check in.....Desk person, a man, was not friendly... IHG hotels are normally very hospitable, but this one is the exception. Desk person did not apologize for being away, even though by the time he returned, there were 4 people waiting on him. I waited at least 15 minutes for him, but no sign was left stating when we could expect him back....very disappointing.. rooms are good though. Bed wasveryhigh which I loved and very comfortable!!!

Not clean for pricing. Also. Does offer breakfast but at 5 star prices. $44.00for French toast and western omelet no refills on drinks. Each refill costs same as another drink

We stayed one night unfortunately it was not a good one. Hair in the bathroom. When I went to use the hair dryer it felt like it had grease on it. And to top that off the Ac. Had apparently been leaking on to the carpet for all long time. Due hoW far it had spread from the AC unit. Crawling over my husband at 3 am to get up so my feet don't get wet in the middle of the night was not ideal. Do better!!! On a positive note the bed was very comfortable and the restaurant attached has great food!!
Rooms: Hair in the bathroom, floors all wet from the ac leaking. Hair dryer felt as if it had grease all over it.

Rooms were nice but beware of people stealing.
A cleaning person stole an item of mine.
The manager said they have temporary cleaning people sometimes.
They did not recover my item or try to keep me updated.

We stopped here during a long road trip for work. We were crazy exhausted and just needed a nice bed and shower. The room was one of the worst I've stayed in! Not only were there stains on the sheets, but we even found hair in the bed, and the room was completely damp! I first thought it was just me with how hot and humid it was outside, but when we got into the bed, it was so damp I had to sleep on top of less damp towels just to not feel so gross. The chair in the room was damp and even the carpet. It smelled like a wet dog. We thought about asking to change rooms, but we were so completely exhausted we just kinda dealt with it. There was trash left in the room, and what looked like some blood on the wall. Black mold in the shower and the faucet leaked and had water stains all around it. The toilet paper was half a ply at best. Literally every gas station bathroom we stopped at since has had better toilet paper! I woke up in the middle of the night with horrible chest pains and a runny nose that I'm pretty sure was from the dampness and probably growing mold in the room. No complementary breakfast either, which was super disappointing. I really wish we had said something to a manager, but after driving 8+ hours and waking up damp and sick, I just wanted to get out of there! We didn't even shower because it just didn't look clean at all. Also the pool was "out of order" which was weird but not like we had the time to use it anyway. I would have rather stayed at a motel 6 and saved some money if I knew this was gonna be my night.

Beth the housekeeping manger was so great to me and family. Thank you for making this experience was great. Jake also at the front desk is very patient and kind. Thank you both keep up the good job I definitely notice your hard work to make every guested feel welcome and at home.

Everything was great, will definitely stay again when we return
Rooms: Rooms were clean and well kept, beds were comfortable
Nearby activities: Beaches, Waterpark, shopping. And a awesome dirt racing track
Food and drinks: Delicious food, restaurant inside
