The staff was polite. Car was clean. Had to leave after bringing car back to go top off the tank, even though it was above the FULL fuel line and I did not top it off after approximately 7-10 miles of use. But it was only a 20 minute delay to go to the nearby Race Trac and put the $3 fuel in it to not get charged $14 by Hertz. Frustrating yea, but I get it. Will rent again.

I saw some bad reviews of Hertz, I don't know what to say except ours was pretty good! My coworker got our bags while I went to get our rental car. We were both done at the same time! The lady who helped me at the counter was super nice and when I returned the car, also another lady, I think her name was Karen, was also very nice! The whole process was nice, quick, and easy. They also did not charge anything extra on our rental.

Terrible place. I was denied renting. Was told I needed proof of my mailing address on my license. IM A PRESIDENT’S CIRCLE STATUS IVE NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE WITH ANY OTHER HURTZ!

Arrived at Brunswick/golden Isle airport to find that the car we had reserved from another agency was not available due to a communication issue. It was 10 minutes till 6 PM when the agency at the airport would be closing. Went to the Hertz desk and worked with Christina the account representative and she had us in a car and on the road in a very short time. She was pleasant, efficient, and very easy to work with. Kudos that hertz has such wonderful customer service reps, even at smaller airports. We are happy with the service and will definitely use Hertz again.

Arrived at the Jet Port location at 930p, the evening before my original anticipated drop off. Both the rental contract and the website specific for.thw jet port location states "after hours drop-off" is available. However, with no drop box and the airport locked up. There's no way to do an after hours drop-off. So.i guess there will be another trip planed in the morning. There were also three other renters doing the same. One had actually been there since 9pm. So beware of this situation if you would.have no.way to.return the next morning when they open to retire the keys.

I wanted to give folks a heads up about a horrible experience my girlfriend and I had at this Hertz location. We were charged a $200 cleaning fee because the attendant found a tiny amount of dog hair in the vehicle. As any dog owner (especially of dogs who shed even more when the seasons change) can attest, a certain amount of dog hair follows you around even when your dogs aren't present. Our dogs were never in the vehicle (even though we weren't notified that dogs weren't allowed until we picked up the vehicle) but dog hair was present on some level on our clothes, luggage, etc. so it's not surprising that a small amount of hair was found in the car.While we would have been happy to spend five minutes vacuuming the car ourselves if we'd known this location was so unreasonable, the trace amount of dog hair (in an otherwise super clean vehicle) would not have added any additional time to the standard vehicle cleaning/check-in process. That makes it even more difficult for me to believe their policy is to charge a customer these outrageous fees without any negligence.I'd recommend folks choose another car rental agency whenever possible.

The staff here was very helpful! I was having a rough day at the airport; I forgot my keys in my hotel room, and then forgot my cell phone in the rental car. They were more than happy to help me retrieve everything. All the staff I dealt with was very patient and friendly with me. Thank you!
