No problems with them, more with contacting them. Amazon is shipping a text book I need to the wrong address, and in order to get it in time I will need overnight shipping. The website says to call the store for cutoff times so I did. I got the usual robot asking what I was calling about so I humored it. It has no information on the cutoff hours and said it couldn't transfer me to a representative, only put me in communication with a virtual assistant. At this point just put the hours on the website and save people the trouble because this is ridiculous.

The shipping process was so hassle free, I thought I was doing something wrong. Easily printed a label, packaged my stuff and dropped it off. Low low low price for a large package and the lady working on 11/29 was efficient and super nice. The only down side is the lack of parking and the spaces are small. Definitely not a reason to deduct a star. Overall a great experience and I will definitely use FedEx again.

I have used this facility several times and have never had a bad experience. The manager on duty today, Jessica, was knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. She is a great credit to FedEx.

First time I ever been to this location and the experience was fantastic the lady helped me right away packaged was scanned in labeled to go out in less then 4 minutes.A good place to go on lunchtime and you will not be late to go back to work.
