I had a horrible experience with Eastside. I was referred by a friend who personally knows the main mechanic. It was there for 5 weeks! That’s the shortest that people I know have had it in too. I heard some people had their cars there for months. They only called me one time after I first dropped it off. And I had to call every week to get an update but they would not give me a quote and would not give me any information about my car while it was there. They never actually did what it was there for and just said it was the battery but I had replaced the battery multiple times. Low and behold a few weeks later and that battery was dead. I ended up going to a different mechanic and I’m so much happier! The new mechanic was clear with communication, significantly cheaper, provided the quotes before doing any work, finished replacing 3 different things on my car in 1 day and had helpful suggestions like installing a kill switch which has a handy little fob in the meantime while we try and figure out what is causing the drain on my battery without having to pop the hood every time. Save yourself some hassle and just go somewhere else!

They were just delightful! From their courteous dispatch, to their prompt service, Eastside towing goes above and beyond for their customers. We simply cannot thank them enough for their hard work and dedication.

I have unfortunately broken down in a vehicle many times in my life, and I have never had as pleasant and seemless experience as I did with Nick from Eastside. As soon as my roadside assistance program sent out the request, Nick called within 5 minutes and he arrived within 30!! And we were 25 mins south of Brunswick! He was so nice and efficient. He was even intending to giving us a ride even though most don't do that. When we told him we had already called for a ride, he invited us to wait in the truck so we weren't standing on the side of the highway. He was so polite. If it's possible to have a positive experience with your car breaking down on the side of the highway, Nick and Eastside made it happen!

They were contacted through my insurance. He showed up ahead of schedule, was very friendly, jumped my car battery, gave me advice about my battery. I am extremely satisfied with the service.

I would never use such a company who lies and causes someone to possibly miss there first born child because they sure did do it to a good buddy of mine and I will make sure I can do anything to prevent anyone ever having to experience what they did to my friend and lied and then turn around canceled said they came out there and couldn't locate him. Sorry individuals

Even in the times of trouble I believed that it's failure not to ask the owner is there is any fault with their car.. Long story short--- put my window down, over night. Would have been nice just to cover it up. Asked could not did not have anything to help no

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I was dispatched this a** service through my insurance and it's terrible I was dispatched a driver and when he called I thought someone else was jumping me off but I explained it was unsuccessful so he then told me he was 30 minutes away so an hour goes by I call back & he told me verbatim "while I was on the way to your call I had got another call so now my ETA is pushed back" like how unprofessional to say forget me and go to another call!! Wurst expertise ever thank God for a great civilians a man who came to the gas station, ended up, going to buy jumper cables with his own money and came back and gave me a jump and gave me the jumper cables. Thank God for that guy, but eastside recovery is trash.

Truck did not handle as good when it was new as it does after eastside repaired it. The truck is a Ford F250 23 years old.
