For years I’ve purchased pine straw, but today when it was delivered I became a customer for life. Unbeknownst to me the young delivery driver messed up one bale out of forty. An hour later as I’m spreading the straw, a second delivery is made with the single bale of straw that was messed up on the first run. They came all the way back to my house with one bale! Might just be the absolute best customer service and display of honesty I’ve ever received!

There was an issue with proof of purchase on a milwaukee power tool i brought for a warranty repair. Instead of calling me to inform me i had to call to ask where my tool is. Only reason i havnt given 1 star is they are working to fix the issue. If they give me any more grief im changing this review to 1 star.
